Had to wait for 20 minutes on a estimated 3 minute queue, then I was skipped and the person behind me was called. All I got was a Sorry and that was it, I find that type of customer service very rude. Didn't put the labels on the prerolls, and tried to blame it on only having 3 people in the area but yet they called the guy behind me. Wasted 30 minutes of my time on a 15 minute estimated time table, They were not busy and I could have gone through express pickup in a faster time frame. Almost worth the extra 10 minutes to drive to rise where I wouldn't be skipped and appreciated more. No employee ID on Receipt which I am unsure if that is legal since you should have to state the seller just in case of issue, and If something is to be done you can look to contact me as I will probably go to Rise from now on.

I've given this place a 5 star previously and this time around I will give it a 3. I have been coming to this establishment since recreationally and my fiancee as well since before since shes medical. Today I had a generally normal rad visit until the end of it. I was being helped by a lovely gal and the gentleman on the other register kept shooting me sideways looks and waits until my money has been paid and I'm almost out the door and he says to me that I cannot wear my knife in the shop. I've worn this knife since day one and even showed it to John the door guy and had NO issues. I've spoken and dealt with managers and customer service reps alike and not one has had an issue with my knife. If it were a pocket knife would the person still be told I cannot return without putting my knife in my car. I ride a motorcycle no bags no frills. Am I supposed to drop it in the bushes? This has soured me from returning to this place for a while. I'm certain the employee is a standout case but for me to have been a patron for as long as I have and given as much money to this place as I have and be treated this way. There are no signs indicating that I cannot carry a knife. I generally put of respect leave my gun at home when coming to this place. I am very displeased with this situation. The gal helping me was wonderful every other member of the staff is PHENOMENAL but this one standout of a person has really soured me on this place for the time being.

These people are always so pleasant.i love going i there just for that. And because they are so nice and all about customer service it makes it that much easier to wait when there's a long line cause they are about to close. I never use to smoke much but I sure like to go in there just to buy it
