I've given this place a 5 star previously and this time around I will give it a 3. I have been coming to this establishment since recreationally and my fiancee as well since before since shes medical. Today I had a generally normal rad visit until the end of it. I was being helped by a lovely gal and the gentleman on the other register kept shooting me sideways looks and waits until my money has been paid and I'm almost out the door and he says to me that I cannot wear my knife in the shop. I've worn this knife since day one and even showed it to John the door guy and had NO issues. I've spoken and dealt with managers and customer service reps alike and not one has had an issue with my knife. If it were a pocket knife would the person still be told I cannot return without putting my knife in my car. I ride a motorcycle no bags no frills. Am I supposed to drop it in the bushes? This has soured me from returning to this place for a while. I'm certain the employee is a standout case but for me to have been a patron for as long as I have and given as much money to this place as I have and be treated this way. There are no signs indicating that I cannot carry a knife. I generally put of respect leave my gun at home when coming to this place. I am very displeased with this situation. The gal helping me was wonderful every other member of the staff is PHENOMENAL but this one standout of a person has really soured me on this place for the time being.
