Feedback:

The reviews here are not exactly wrong. The staff here is exceptionally friendly, the products are good, but it seems like the expansion has taken a toll on service. I have been to several dispensaries in the Reno area and this is by far the slowest every single time by at least 5-10 min. I used to love going here because it's close to work but what used to be a convenient stop can take up to 25+ minutes now. I get the idea of one on one service, but I wish they had an option or window for people who know what they want and just want to pick it up and go. Instead I've found myself behind people who will spend 15 minutes discussing all aspects of smoking with their salesperson while they have a line behind them. The new front desk has "missed" my check in twice. I've had new associates give me flat out wrong information about strains. Just today my boyfriend went and waited 15 minutes for a consult to be told that they can't take cards. Why not put a sign up? Or let people know on check in? I want to like this place and give them business but lately it hasn't been easy.
