They have cleaned my home for 3 years now. The couple that owns this company are wonderful people. I've gotten to know them, rely on them, and really truly love their service and their values. I trust my home to be cleaned by them. They are thorough and always clear with their communication w/ me about any schedule changes which rarely happens. My home is always clean and they are very receptive to my special requests. I have 3 cats and they shed a ton of hair..they always vacuum thoroughly and my couches too. Thank God for them or I'd be drowning in cat hair. Love love this company!

I have no knowledge of their cleaning quality because they never got around to cleaning our house. I contacted them initially via their online form (per the recommendation on their voicemail message) and received an email requesting a phone call. After playing phone and email tag for quite some time, we finally arranged an in home visit. This only occurred after we told them via email that we needed the house cleaned before an event at the end of the month. During the estimate and follow-up call, my husband was told there should not be any problem scheduling the cleaning before our event. The Monday before our event, we received an EMAIL saying there was no room in the schedule until mid-November. My husband responded that we needed our house cleaned before the end of the month and got a kiss-off email from the scheduler. No apology or explanation, just an appearance that the left hand (estimator) didn't know what the right hand (scheduler) was doing. In a follow-up call with the estimator, I received a better explanation of their resource issues, however, Simply Green is clearly at capacity. If they are not able to take on new customers, they should tell people that up front rather than wasting a month trying to line up business. At this late date, we cannot find a replacement. There was no attempt to help us other than providing a few names of other cleaners, but why should we trust their recommendation at this point? If it were my business, frankly, I would have paid a cleaner overtime, eating the loss on the estimate in order to gain an ongoing new customer (we were committing to monthly cleanings). Or I would have contacted existing customers that have regularly scheduled cleanings to see if there was any flexibility. Instead, they left us in the lurch before an event, creating a vocal detractor.Simply Green is a small company with limited resource availability and questionable customer service.

Simply Green does an excellent job of cleaning our home, thus freeing me up to prepare for our first baby. The great customer service, ease of scheduling and payment, and peace of mind from knowing they are using green earth-friendly products are really what set them apart from other companies. They are very reasonably priced and do such a great job that I always feel like I'm getting more than what I'm paying for. My only regret is not hiring them sooner because cleaning day is now my favorite day of the month!

We signed up with simply green in April and have been very happy with their service. Avery and Ashley, the owners, have been very flexible and easy to work with. Very nice people. This is truly a local, family run business... It is so wonderful to come home and find the house clean & sparkling! I am so glad I decided to have simply green help me with the housework. Life is just a bit easier now, and their pricing is very reasonable.

We've been using Simply Green Cleaning for over 2 years. We are on a recurring monthly schedule with them and they do a great job. I also appreciate how flexible they are with scheduling. If we have someone coming to visit from out of town and we want the house looking great, I will email Ashley and she will move our appointment to accommodate us. Highly recommend them for any cleaning projects.

I committed to a monthly cleaning for the past 6 months. One of their strengths is eco friendly cleaning materials, which we want to minimize the fume exposure to our dogs. Overall, they do a nice job with our bathrooms and floors. In addition to the employees, the owner is responsive and has great customer service. I plan to continue hiring them in the future!
