I have Dr.Jenny Wang as my primary physician and I love her and if I were just reviewing Dr.Wang I would probably give five stars because she is awesome. But what is not awesome is being put on hold for at least twenty minutes EVERYTIME I call. This also happens when my pharmacist tries to call them about my prescription. It is beyond frustrating.

Over the past 7 years I have had nothing but good service from San Jose Medical on Lincoln Ave. While some of the Urgent Care doctors have not been great they have been through. Unfortunately yesterday was different. I had to visit a different Dr for a foot injury due to my regular one not having any openings. This Dr is obviously new to the practice as her name was printed on paper and taped to the placards where the other Dr's names were engraved. So, really no big deal until her assistant came out. Sullen and unsmiling she took my weight and blood pressure, the whole time exuding unhappiness to the point of irritation. There was nothing even close to resembling customer service in her attitude, she was borderline rude. The Dr was nice and in general I had no complaints but she did feel the need to point out that I am an older person which really seemed pointless as of course I know how old I am. I'm sure that she was well meaning and I am not overly annoyed, it just seemed off to have her throw that in the mix. I hope that her assistant/nurse was just having a bad day and not like this every day she is at work. I would normally give 5 stars but yesterday was not up to par. Hopefully today is a better day.

They never respond correctly. It's not even worth a star. I have given my insurance details. They don't respond back to any information requested by the insurance provider to process the claim. Which makes the claim process delay and without any further information provided to me they send my details to collections agent. When I ask to respond back they say they already responded. And when I ask again they cut the call with so much of rude. I really don't know how and why they talk to the customers very rude. Any human being can respond softly except their representatives. They don't work and they just give the information simply to collections team.This is too much ridiculous. I never suggest this hospital to any of them and I will try my best to share my experiences to everyone so that they at least can get rid of this head ache hospital. Waste of time.0/5 is my rating for them

Wow what a nightmare. They have messed up billing for me 3 times now. One time they sent my tests to be done at an out of network facility costing me hundreds of dollars. Another time they double billed me and their contact for billing never picks up their phone. When I went there personally and complained, the receptionist feigned ignorance. This on top of the fact that their urgent care is backed up tremendously. The doctors are usually rushed. I had to wait 3 hours in a room just to be seen by someone who spent 5 minutes looking at the issue.
