I'm going to say 99% of the time I go in here, they don't have what I want. But that forces me to try new things so I can't really hate on it. The staff is alright. They seem to only wait on one person at a time. A simple "I'll be right with you!" while working the floor, an amp of cheerful energy, and some relatable music could take this place further. I mean, ya work at a smoke shop, vibe with it!

ehh has what you would need from a smoke shop i guess just a little over priced and they have a no return policy on items they randomly decide they dont want to take back and a return policy on items they randomly decide they will exchange or maybe its just whos working at the time. ive been here many times so i dont hate the place i think it really just depends on who is working at the time. my last experience here though is the reason for my low rating due to the fact that i requested, pointed out and stated several times that i wanted a specific item and in the end was given the wrong item and i purchased it not realizing until i got in the car only a few minutes later and they wouldn't do a return or even exchange so i wasted 25.00 on an item that i literally still have sitting in its original box at home...

The first time me and my boyfriend went in we ended up leaving with a few things, such as a torch, a nectar collector and a quartz banger. The gentleman helping us at that time was pleasant and answered any questions we had. Unfortunately, the glass on the tip of the nectar collector had severely cracked right after the first use, so we tried to go back not even a couple hours later to the shop to get it returned or exchanged to which the new set of workers rudely told us that that was not allowed and that “next time we should just buy a better product”. They also told us that it was bound to break anyway with how the separate pieces of the collector worked together, which we were not informed of the first time. Not only were we not told about the no return or exchange policy, but no solutions were offered to try to help us out in the slightest.

I visit here about two times sometimes 3 times a month for various items, the owner and staff are great and knowledgeable of all their items and if they are questionable at all will even call sales reps to get your answers, they carry everything and anything you could be looking for and always the right price, vet to know the owner show your loyalty and he takes good care of you.

Don't fall for the bait n' switch at this Vap store. Owner is friendly on your first visit and gets you signed up for future discounts which he doesn't honor upon your return. This has happened on more than one occasion! If he doesn't want to give the discounts, he shouldnt offer them! I'm all for supporting the small business owner (I'm a local business owner) but there is something to be said about being honest. Also, WAY over priced. I can get the same product for $5.00 less just down the street. Not sorry, won't be back!

for the 3rd and FINAL time tried this vape shop across the street from home. This time I needed a tank for my smok mod, left empty handed my only option was " buy this $50.00 mod". In the past I left empty handed when looking for juice. " you can try it after you buy" great customer service, I must be bothering them by trying to purchase items. I have and will invest 3 to 4 hours on the bus to go to other stores,sorry to bother you! only vape shop I have visited that "never heard of the smok brand

Great prices, great selection of vape products/juice and other smoking products, also very knowledgeable staff.I went in and asked for a low-maintenance vape kit with high smoke output and that’s exactly what I got! (The Smok ”Resa Stick”).Trend Smoke and Vape is one of my favorite shops right now!

TLDR: Only smoke shop I go to. 10/10 Owner is a top notch dude, not to mention a slick and funny salesman! My partner and I bought a delectable ash-catcher here; much to our chagrin, the damn thing broke. Sure, I may/may not have the dexterity of a newborn zebra, but that's besides the point. After simply saying "I'm sad, we broke the ash-catcher we bought last week," we were offered actual heartfelt sympathy, a reassuring joke, and a (surprise) hefty discount. Great place to shop, hopefully they're hiring soon!

3rd time I was back here for a dud lighter that I've purchased 4 times over. Different colors, different types , same brand all nom working. I guess it's non refundable the minute after one leaves the premises. I won't be back here unfortunately." Repeat customer " is not in this facilities vocabulary nor reputation. DONT FIND THIS AND DONT GO! ILL have to find another more favorable location.

I was the very first customer to walk in the door the day this little place opened, and I will always always return for anything I ever need. This guy is awesome (and he's not hard on the eyes either, lol) I always feel welcome in the store, and he really wants the customers to be satisfied. Like another review says, he really is beyond the standard in customer service. He actually stops whatever he's doing, to take care of what you need. I've never had to wait around. He's extremely knowledgeable on absolutely everything he carries at the shop, he vapes himself and he understands what you're wanting. He recently sold me my first mod, it was exactly what I needed, and I love it! At a lot of the other shops I've been to before I found this shop, they didn't even vape themselves, they have no idea what anything is. This guy knows what he's doing, and if you ever have any questions or problems he'll take the time to help you, show you how things work, make sure you understand. I find the prices are very reasonable, the juices are always tasty and mid-price (the Turkish Morning juice is soooo good), and you won't regret coming here to support this awesome little shop.
