I haven't been herein about a year I ordered my favorite meal and sent it back twice because they kept giving me the wrong hot dog I would have the Chicago footlong they gave me two different hot dogs which I had to send back to them. Lastlythere was a worker who was delivering food to patrons with no gloves on with his mask not fully covering his face appropriately and he also took out garbage also with no gloves on and still delivering food I reported it three different times and nothing was done. I finally talked them that that worker is it to not touch my food 😑.

I've been to a lot of Sonic's, this one is consistently the pits. I tried giving them a few chances, but after my last encounter I'm avoiding. They messed up my order and when I asked nicely if they could correct it the employee told me she couldn't and called over her manager. I politely asked the manager if she could help correct the order, she rudely informed me that there was nothing she would do. To note, I wasn't asking for anything crazy, I was given the wrong blast and asked for it to be replaced with the one I ordered (I was still sitting at the drive thru window and had not even taken a bite of my food). They actually refused to correct their mistake.

I went to Sonic twice in the past month, both occasions they have failed to provide service. They made changes or modifications to their store's format without any prior announcements or notifications to the customers, causing confusion and chaos with customers leaving frustrated and angry.To the store manager who work on June 2nd, if you knew you were closing earlier than your usual business hour, it is not only an important customer service element, but a common human decency to let customers know prior to them getting in line instead of allowing all these customers waiting for an hour only to be refused services when they reach the ordering window.I understand this is a difficult time for everyone, but there is still a right way to do business, and this isn't one if them. I will not be returning to Sonic, and I will discourage other from doing so as well.

Google stated this location closed @ midnight! Arrived at 11:09 and they were no longer accepting orders through the drive thru....! Employees didnt even have the decency to let the line..3 in front of me and about 4 behind me...know that they were closed....The car at the speaker, a gentleman got out and yelled They Closed They Closed!!!! After that all the Cars in line started to leave and drive off right into Jack in the Box drive thru line. Well Played Jack in the Box .... You got all of Sonics Business!!!! Smart Money Moves on their Part....and for Sonics Liars!!! I said Liars!!!!

I normally really like Sonic, but I have had 3 consecutive bad experiences at this Hayward Location. This last visit i waited for over 10 minutes to order through the speaker, not a big deal. They are busy about 5:15pm. I waited over 30 minutes and recalled to see what was going on after I ordered and paid. The kid taking my order for the second time acted surprised and said my order had been ready for 20 minutes while laughing. An additional 15 minutes later, my food comes out with the wrong drink, missing food and then the car hop (who doesn't speak english) is asking for me to pay a second time. Overall bad experience, food was cold and will not be coming back to this location.

This is based on three different visits and I was hoping this last one was going to cross at the last. The first one I waited in line and it was my turn they told me because It was so close to closing time that they couldn’t take me I had been waiting over 30 minutes. The second time they didn’t have ice cream and they told me that all sonics were no longer carrying ice cream. This is OK because I wanted an ocean water with candy The guy wanted me to leave my ATM card with him and park after getting my order wrong twice and we finally fixed it and this was just one drink with candy he charged me for the nerds but didn’t give it to me and told me this is what it is. I demanded a refund which worked out great because apparently the card machine was not working. Inside so the kid was swiping at two different ATMs. I thumbs up from the person who had to be back my card. Third time I decided to call just to see if they have ice cream or if they have ocean water or if they’re open. Obviously someone is there because they speak Spanish and they’re laughing in the background and then they hang up twice the car is in between 620 pm and 626pm March 26, 2020

I tried to order from the car parking area, I think #28, and wait for 15 minutes before I decided to just go through the drive through. I only ordered a Lemonade Slush with mango and tats. Quick order was done soon, but maybe this location needs a quick clean up and fix of all the order screens. It looks like some new kids came around and tagged almost every screen.

I asked a carhop named Dominic I believe for a couple of sauces and napkins and he never came back . I had to press the button and ask for some help I was very upset we had waited for a while . The young lady who answered was very nice and quickly brought what we needed to our stall And offered us a free drink for the wait ! I will definitely go back for more customer service like hers loved her makeup and eyebrows ! Keep up the good work

Today I went it wasn’t very busy as it usually is but the employees taking my order where so nice and patient and my bag had all the sauces I asked for in my order also, my bag came with mints. I had a great meal with my family definitely will be coming back again I love this place. The reviews were definitely not true on my behalf. I hope they Keep the great work!!

Horrible experience especially with this location having all its stalls inop and accepting only cash. No wonder it was empty on a usually busy Friday night. So disappointing. I thought I finally found "my spot" for a simple payday meal. I'll never go back because of this reminder of how close I actually live to East Oakland. In hayward.
