Good dispensary. First time there a lady named Nicky helped me. She was professional and very nice. The budtenders have been nice. Not a big variety of weed but the Pacific Stone wedding cake was a good indica. I also bought some dollar dose candies. They're $1 each and they're watermelon flavored. Unfortunately the prices like all dispensaries are too high, because of the taxes. Feels horrible spending $10+ on taxes.

Had a very unpleasant experience at jade room today. 2nd time I’ve ever been here, basically there was a rather long wait considering there was several staff on hand and only 1 other paying customer other than myself. I Was in the waiting room, researching other cannabis places (plenty in this area, many options) then I got up to leave when I was directed to the main gallery. So I reluctantly went. Then this bud tender greats me with “you can’t stand over the line” referring to the covid 19 tape on the floor. Followed by “I was on break, that’s why you had to wait, the other guy JUST left and I was on my break”I looked around the dispensary and was surrounded by many employees faces,it makes you feel out numbered 4 to 1 when I said “I’m the only one here” . In my opinion:Waiting for beyond a reasonable time followed by; legitimately arguing with budtenders on break ;Having to defend yourself to get basic McDonalds-level customer service is not worth it. I hope management addresses this valid concern seeing as if you think about it your staff cost you a sale $$$$$ And to all budtenders : you are on the customers time, the customer is not on your time. It would be one thing if you had many sales and a lot of customers at that time but when you are operating at one person at a time with 5 staff members then service should be better.Hope it works out, the dispensary I went to after you guys had more customers and less of a wait so you do the math!

Very small selection of flower. Can only buy as 3.5 grams only had single grams of a couple strains. You never get any kind of break on larger quantities their daily discounts never apply to flower unless you buy an ounce fridays only but at $35 per 3.5 grams times 8 plus 34% sales tax that's approx $375 if you want an entire ounce that's insane and you can only get a discount on that 1 day a week.... i know being legal shop means higher prices but also should mean large selection and different price and quantity options very disappointing definitely check out another legal dispensary.

Awesome place I come here for the Alpine Vape Carts... Awesome products, and a great Staff ... My cart was leaking and didn't realize till the next day I called up spoke to Amber and she was great..she explained it could be returned and exchanged for being a defective product... WOW I was amazed in the exchange and service ...YOU GOTTA CHECK THEM OUT!!!
