TBH, I'm a member and compared to a few other dispensaries it's the best deal on recreational cann IF you have member rewards. However, if you're not a member it can get pricey. The selection is limited on indica, but they have great options on hybrid and sativa. According to the "flower tech" prices vary by location. Tip: Evans location is more expensive and has less selection than the Pecos location. Also, be aware of taxes.

Don’t bother checking the website before you go. I was told the strain I was looking for was medical and the site never said that. Only showing $36 1/4 ounces for the specific strain. So when I asked for something comparable in price (Bc they were out, also not updated on the website) and was told it was $50 for 1/8 I was to say the least shocked. Then I was asked if I was looking at medical on their website... I have not once even seen an option to choose medical on their website unless you specifically choose a filter. I see no consistency here and had no plan of spending $50. So instead was forced to used my store credit when I could’ve gotten more for less with the right help. Where’s the old staff? Not impressed with these new young kids.

I purchased a Pax vape and an aftermarket 1G cartridge, per Starbuds recommendation in January. Unfotunately I just discovered that the cartridge failed and leaked goop in to the Pax and of course ruined it and the cartridge. So, I took the Pax and cartridge in to this Starbuds and they explained to me there is 'nothing they can do' because they only warranty their products for 72 hours. Well that's a shame considering that when I bought the vape, I was concerned that the aftermarket cartridge might fail and asked what happens if it fails. What'd they tell me? 'Just bring it in and we'll warranty it!' Apparently they forgot to mention that they'll only warranty after 72 hours, which even the staff today acknowledged is a garbage policy. Come on, Starbuds. I was a loyal customer and no one cared. Lame. Won't be back...

That young man behind the counter was so baked he forgot what he was doing in the middle of the transaction. It was funny, but a little unprofessional. There seemed to be a good selection, but I don't feel they were really trying to match me to the right product. Have a cup of coffee and engage w your customers a little more and you'll be in business.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I called about 15 minutes before getting there and was told they had 3 kinds of the $99oz. Got there and the guys was very rude and said they had one container left. IT WAS FULL OF STEMS! I don't think I have ever had this bad of customer service before too. I asked a few more questions and it seemed to annoy the bud tender. I WOULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS BUT ITS NOT AN OPTION.
