My friend recommended Starbuds because she likes their selection and quality, however, my experience with them has been less than satisfying. I brought in my paperwork on 1/07 and was told I would get my temp card same day or 1-2 days. Two days later I try to call 3 times but no answer. I went in to see what's up and I was told "sometimes it takes a bit" and next time I have questions "to just give em a call" 😒 right.Three days go by with no word when finally I get an email from Complia for a password reset and an email from Starbuds saying there are issues logging into my account. I reset the password and respond to the email. No response back. I try calling again on 1/13, no answer. Today I decided I was unhappy with the service and lack of correspondence so I called (finally someone answers) and inform them that I will not be using them as a provider. I go get my doctors paperwork back and the woman at the front desk, who is the only person I had talked to and who personally told me the temp card comes in a day, had the audacity to tell me that the card takes 2-3 weeks to arrive. Which I knew. All I wanted was my temp card and some freaking communication but obviously that is too hard. Right after that I went to Flower on Higgins, got my temp card in FIFTEEN MINUTES and was able to make a purchase. Learn a little about customer service cause quality bud can only get you so far in this industry.

I just totally dig visiting this great place. Bridget, a very educated lady on THC/CBD is an employee here and ALWAYS give me the "skinny" on what's new or coming up, and even called to remind me a month ahead of time, that my MMP card was due to expire soon. Thanks for all yous personal attention "Sistarfriend 😉". Great products is ALWAYS a great reason to return also, too.

Starrbuds is hands down the best shop in Missoula. Super welcoming!!! Bridget is so nice and knowledgeable, always has a smile on her face! I love the family feel when I am there. Bridget's husband Jason also has a ton of info and is very easy and great to visit with!The owners must really care about what they are doing and it shows....great product, great store, and as mentioned above--the best customer service people around!

Best shop in town. By far. Their product is top notch. There trainwreck had me laughing and having a great time doing anything. I can't say that I have ever had anything give me such a good feeling ever. And Brigette is amazing. Doesn't matter what I'm going thru and how depressed I am u always living smiling and laughing when I leave star buds. Brigette is very kind and so funny and so chill you can't help but love her. Star buds gets five stars all the way around from me. Product and staff. Oh and the edibles are amazing. Thanks

Wow, the bud tender that I had met with is an amazing outgoing and absolutely beautiful lady!! Very knowledgeable and sympathetic to me and what I am going through!!! She also went out of her way to do some research on my condition on her own time! EARTH ANGEL!!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend starrbuds to my family!!!!! No matter where they stand with medical marijuana!!!! I think she would be able to persway any non-believer!!!! Thank you starrbuds!!!!!!

Strains were over twenty five percent but seems now only trainwreck is ever over and prices were raised. They also raised the. Price two weeks befor the ending of the month wich in my opinion forced ya to pay it since it’s a month to switch care givers. Now the lowers the price of shatter back to 25 but left the bud price at thirty even though they have clearly went down hill on percentage of meds in the bud. Worse is that they are stocking but at or below 18 percent wich is far to low for a med provider since twenty one percent is universally accepted as the real beginning of the medicinal levels. Also and I stress this they promised last summer no more outrages of strains yet they still have then as well as seeds not as bad as befor but a med provider has no knowledge if he has seedy weed since the plant stops producing meds at the point it starts to grow seeds wich might explain the eighteen percent its been a wile since I seen a strain at fifteen percent but they do get them and they do puchbthem on people wich is really bad since we’re taking over fourty years since bud was at that level sold. It’s a shame because I’ve waited been told prices will go down and consistently uo as well they would have several strains over twenty five percent like they promised me when I sighed up Alamogordo a year ago. Seems he has more people then he can grow enuff did for since they run out of the strains that are over twenty one percent and only a rec smoker would want lower then that. Also last time I cashed in my cards one was kept that was nearly half full I haven’t meant to give them that one but instead of noticing and return ingba hard with a grands worth of stamps just stolen if u ask me since no way do I believe it’s over looked they have to count them to figure out if u have enuff. If I could remember my dam card I’d switch caregivers can’t recommend these guys at all any more sad for min they were great but since the owner has gotten better from his accident last summer it’s been down hill and profits driven. The five dollar so called hike that’s not that much they said but I live in Hamilton so it’s twenty five bucks in gas and then art the extra thirty in price hike that’s fifty extra bucks And one less eighth of bud. They had said they would make arrangements to get us bitteroot card holders to sign but I’ve yet to even get them to meet me half way yet in a year on a 200 dollar purchase. Bridget is awesome and the only reason I’ve stayed but they just don’t seem to care other then her I’ll be sad to leave but unless they honor there promises from my signing almost a year ago and unless the crazy shatter lower then bud pricing I’ll be forced to leave I’ve given plenty of time and need stronger bud. Not sure how he can hit thirty on tangy cookies on first try and never again. I’ve never had a problem in twenty six years growing meds for myself and if I still could I sure would but was forced to get a provider so it’s a big deal I chose these guys am dworse deal they have let me down so badly. There so a place close by that’s for the same Streisand but seven of them are thirty percent and higher all the time in hearing so what’s it gonna be guys

A beautiful exterior and interior in this shop. They sell water pipes that are more like fine art pieces than for use so they carry a big price tag. However, the service is super friendly and professional. I got to meet Darren and he helped me transfer my information from my previous provider because we moved from Kalispell. I love the location and friendliness of the staff. I'm glad to "upgrade" to this provider.
