Feedback:

My friend recommended Starbuds because she likes their selection and quality, however, my experience with them has been less than satisfying. I brought in my paperwork on 1/07 and was told I would get my temp card same day or 1-2 days. Two days later I try to call 3 times but no answer. I went in to see what's up and I was told "sometimes it takes a bit" and next time I have questions "to just give em a call" 😒 right.Three days go by with no word when finally I get an email from Complia for a password reset and an email from Starbuds saying there are issues logging into my account. I reset the password and respond to the email. No response back. I try calling again on 1/13, no answer. Today I decided I was unhappy with the service and lack of correspondence so I called (finally someone answers) and inform them that I will not be using them as a provider. I go get my doctors paperwork back and the woman at the front desk, who is the only person I had talked to and who personally told me the temp card comes in a day, had the audacity to tell me that the card takes 2-3 weeks to arrive. Which I knew. All I wanted was my temp card and some freaking communication but obviously that is too hard. Right after that I went to Flower on Higgins, got my temp card in FIFTEEN MINUTES and was able to make a purchase. Learn a little about customer service cause quality bud can only get you so far in this industry.
