Shocker! I have always ordered from this Dominos and have never encountered a problem until tonight. I placed an online order at 6:11 and decided to call the store at 7:32 just to check on things and see how much longer it would be before the pizza arrives. The young man on the phone said it would be approximately 20 minutes, I said no worries. However here we are at 8:16 and yet no delivery. I called in again only to be informed my order had been cancelled because it’s very busy and there’s only a few drivers. I’m shocked that dominoes would just throw away business like that. Never again will I waste my time ordering anything from this franchise. I called back to speak to the manager Adrian, he never made it to the phone instead I spoke to a young lady who apologized for their “Poor business practices” DONE! UPSET! & HUNGRY!

I'll never order from here again. I ordered for pickup online and it said the order was done, but 30 minutes later in the store they couldn't tell me how long it would take to finish. A previous time I ordered three pizzas and not a single one was right, and one was just cheese. How you gonna screw up a cheese pizza? I will say the staff was polite and nice. The times I did get pizza it tasted like standard Dominoes. It is just an awful system they have.

I ordered from this dominoes and waited over an hour for a pizza that never came. When I called the store and asked about my order I was given a vague answer as to why after 45 minutes my pizza wasn't there. When I called 20 minutes later I was told that the person delivering the pizza went back to the store because when they called my phone someone answered and told them to go away. I had my phone on me all day and it never rang. I can't rate the quality of the pizza because it never came. Do not get delivery from this location, you will never get your food.

I ordered over the phone for carry out. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I drove over there in 20 mins and they said they were waiting on one more pizza. They forgot I was there or didn't care much about who was there. I waited over an hour for two 1 topping Medium freaking! pizzas. Horrible!!!! Place. They don't even deserve a star. 0 stars.

One star only because I couldn't give zero. Holy cow where to begin...I made a pretty simple order online, because I love the 2 two-topping pizzas for 5.99 deal. I ordered one thin crust 3 topping pizza and an order of 8 plain wings. My estimated wait time was 30-40 minutes. So as I watch that beautiful tracker, awaiting my lunch... I notice it has been more than 20 minutes, and the pizza isnt even in the oven!! Luckily I was distracted with some work so I didnt get furious (yet). Then I looked down and it had been 50 minutes already so I needed to check on my order... And sure enough it says it had been delivered. (funny story, the delivery guy has to go to our secretary's desk and I get called when they get there... so I knew it had not actually been delivered). Now I'm mad. So I call the store, which starts with a recording telling me EVERY special they have... 2 mintues in I press "0" hoping that works... it did.I get an employee who looks up my order and says it should have been delivered. I told her that it has said delivered for over 15 mintues now (10 of which I have been on hold with you) and it has in fact NOT been delivered. She then informs me the driver left at 12:12pm. I should note here that it was 12:40 and I work less than three miles from this store.She then offers to get her manager. She politely tells me she will not put me on hold but leave the phone open and get a manager. Then... the hold music starts... and a new person answers the phone... then I have to start over. Then THEY wont even look up my order by my number, but instead want me to give me the address... so I ask for the manager, explain I have already talked to someone and need the manager. Then I am told the manager isnt in today. (I doubt it) this apathetic employee just holds on to the phone with no comments or apologies for the ridiculousness of the service so far.. but just gives me a "so... what do you want me to do about it" approach. (now I am furious)So at about 12:56pm (over an hour and ten minutes after my order) the delivery guy gets here. I complain that his tracker was wrong, as it showed my pizza as delivered almost 30 minutes before it was actually delivered. I told him he is super late and he had the nerve to ask me if I ordered online, because "they have different delivery times" I told him YES I did... and your delivery time said it would be 30-40 minutes not 80 minutes. Also, your store told me you left at 12:12 so I have not idea what you were doing for the past half hour or more but be sure to pass along to your manager that this is the worst run Dominoes I have ever experienced.It was seriously as if the entire store watched the Dave Chappelle "Popcopy" training video. "Why would you treat the customer that way... because F'em... that's why.Sad part is this is the third order I have had to call and track down and complain about from this store. That, however, is my fault... but it's a mistake I will not make again.Almost forgot... since my food was in the delivery guys car for over 30 minutes.. all the food was cold and my wings were soggy! Awesome.

I'm at a hotel. Asked for an extra kicker sauce. Got one ranch that we didn't ask for and no kicker sauce. I guess I just assumed if they deliver to a hotel they would bring plates...or something. Nothing. Plus the driver called me and made me go down stairs to pick it up even though they asked for the room number. I gave a $5 tip!! Thank God I don't live here!!

The Pizza is good. Customer service is good , even if they mess up the order. The out going message, if you call to order ,is mostly in SPANISH. I get wanting to accomodate SPANISH SPEAKING customers, but what about others, that might not have command of SPANISH ? At other DOMINO'S, in the out going message, you are ASKED , ENGLISH or SPANISH .I think someone from DOMINO'S read this review. I was happy to be prompted to request ENGLISH or SPANISH. Thanks DOMINO'S.

I called to placed an order. The gentleman that answer the phone hardly spoke English or he was acting like an idiot. I have call place many time and all suddenly they do delivery to my address or take my order. And also when he answered the phone. He answered with hello. Not the proper way to answer when you working for any business. Not calling this place anymore.

The orders are usually okay. But this is BY FAR the slowest Domino's I've ever ordered from. Every time I order, I'm looking at the Tracker... And it either takes them 30 minutes to get a sandwich in the oven, or it takes 45 minutes to do a "quality check", or it takes 40 minutes between the time the driver left the store, and I receive my order, despite the fact that I live under 3 miles away from the location.Delivery takes way longer than it should... Food spends WAY too much time waiting to be delivered, and I honestly can't recall the last time I've received a delivery and it was legitimately hot. It's almost always warm, and that's not what you want when you order pizza.But based upon the other reviews, I'm not the only one having these issues.

ORDERED AND TRACKER INDICATED DELIVERED AFTER I CALLED TO COMPLAIN THAT I WANTED TO KNOW WHERE MY ORDER WAS SINCE I ONLY 2.4 MILES AWAY AND I NEVER GOT MY ORDER. WHILE SPEAKING TO THE PERSON ON PHONE THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD JUST CANCEL ORDER WITHOUT GIVING ME A CHANCE TO TELL THEM I WANTED MY FOOD., THE WORST SERVICE EVER AND WORST RESOLUTION OFFER EVER.
