Update: I will not be coming back to this location unless it comes under new management. Hearing about the manager's incompetence and utter disregard for his employees in a dangerous situation while refusing to lift a finger to help left me disgusted and appalled. Do better.Previous review: I usually really like Strawberry Fields, but the last time I purchased bud here, it had so many seeds and stems in it that a large portion wasn't usable. Really really disappointing that I basically threw away money.

This is one of my favorite dispensaries in pueblo to visit. The staff is always so friendly and they always take good care of us. I have traveled to Colorado twice now and strawberry fields was always first on the list to visit. The deals are good too and I'm pretty sure they were the only place to offer a discount on medical patients[from out of state] they always have good deals! They were also the only ones around who sold cbd with no thc in it, makes a good christmas present and they just so happened to be having buy 1 get 2 free! See you next time!

I was going to give this location 5 stars but im very disappointed that I purchased 2 plants and 1 died immediately.I called the store and all I got was "sorry we don't guarantee our plants, should've been on the pamphlet. I grow my own and lose at least 20" ("great" customer service) Number 1. I didnt get a pamphlet.Number 2. Even if it were on this said pamphlet, I feel with great customer engagement and with educating customers whom are buying your products it is imperative to inform customers what your policies and procedures are. Number 3. I have brought so much business to strawberry fields from denver customers who use to attend trees to people here in the springs who use to go to Maggie's farm. We are a retired military family and definitely aren't happy with not knowing the risk of buying products. That is extremely sneaky and feels like I got scammed. I DO NOT Like that.With proper customer service this shouldn't have been an issue. Everytime I've been going to the Pueblo North store, they're always out of the products I normally purchase. So I decided to try this location and I definitely won't be back. EDUCATING YOUR CUSTOMERS, WILL CREATE REPETITIVE CLIENTLE AND MINIMAL COMPLAINTS.

This place was amazing!!! The staff was so friendly! Kyle and Marissa were awesome. We have visited several dispensaries in the area on the course of our vacation and this place beats the rest out of the water. This is the best dispensary in Pueblo. Very kind, patient, affordable, wonderful sales, staff was very helpful, and also found a coupon for us. We were also in the flower hour which made our experience even better. After trying one of the disposable pens we decided to go back for more. Once again Kyle and Marissa took care of us. Thanks for all of your help, we will be back!

I was one of the first people to walk through the doors on I-25. The service is fast, respectful from the time you get to the door tell you walk out the other side. I have had two times that after getting home I was not happy . Out of the 50 or 60 times I have been there. And they made it right both times. I have and will continue to tell people that it is the best dispensary in town.....

Strawberry🍓🍓 Fields is hella Great I went in & had a amazing time trying to find a nice Indica and Got just what I was looking for this Place has great products it's not to hard to find but pay attention to the turn caz it's very easy to miss the turn so u don't end up going all the way around like I did, the first 2 times lol .But amazing 💯👍meds🌱🌿☘️🧀🍯🍪🍫 and the senior store manager (Andres Ramos ) was my bud-tender his customer service skills & knowedgle of there products was Hella on point🙌👊👊💯😀 Thanks again to (Andres. R) for the Great customer service & to the entire staff over at Strawberry Fields... I will definitely be back💯😎💪👊👊SOON!!!!

The best dispensary I’ve ever been to! I went in thinking I was going to spend $30-50 and ended up spending $300! The prices and deals were too good to pass up. From the moment I walked in I was helped and overly satisfied with the service. My budtender Lenexa was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all the products and was able to point me in the right direction with everything I wanted. Plus more ☺️ I rep a Strawberry Fields car decal now just because of the excellent service. Dispensaries can’t get any better than this!

Visiting the flagship of the fantastic dispensary franchise is truly illuminating into the tiny spark that prompted their well-deserved wildfire. To be honest, in comparison to their immaculate Pueblo North location, this one is a bit smaller and less ostentatious. But what it lacks in flash and flair, it more than makes up for it with substance and professionalism. Since they are a bit off the beaten path, they have a much more well-stocked inventory, especially their awesome Devour gummies.

They are all professional informative workers there. They are welcoming. There's plenty of deals. They have CBD products, as well as ointments to put on aching muscles, edibles, drinks etc.Very legit. Must have valid ID to enter and/or purchase.
