Made my 1st trip here today from NJ, Everything about this place is amazing! All the employees are very helpful, selection was large and the quality is the best around as well! Definetly plan on making a monthly trip here to stock up. Gelato Cake and Layer Cake are the main things I picked up both are definetly quality medicine, Thank you for all you do for the patients local and out of state we all appreciate it!!!

While this pandemic has challenged us all, I'm happy that the dispensary I go to is organized and has everything set up with plenty of space. Takoma Wellness Center is an example of the best people also doing work they love. After four years with them, there isn't a Patient Consultant here that I wouldn't want in my own family. This kind of care cannot be faked and is one of the consistent qualities about who they hire and offer you, for advice. Pleased.Always recommended.

The friendliness dispensary I’ve ever been to. Each and every single person who works there from the security personnel to the staff all take their job very seriously, and it’s apparent that a part of the job is top notch customer service. I enjoy spending my money here, even if it is not the closest place to go to. The treatment I get is well worth it.

I want to preface this one star review by saying I’m not dissatisfied with the product, or service that I typically receive from Takoma. They’re an amazing and attentive dispensary, and I’ve been faithfully visiting since my move from out of state. Im leaving this review about the disrespectful way I was treated today. In short, my car stopped and I had to get it towed out the lot today after making a purchase. The tow truck was in the way of two parked cars and the entry, which I wholly understand was a hazard and inconvenience of business. HOWEVER, this was a unique emergency. We paid a tow truck to come, the car was dead and had no mobility, and had we left the vehicle in the lot, it would’ve been towed by morning. There was a specific gentleman who came outside with a lot to say, and consistently addressed the tow truck driver with a very poor attitude. The process took 10-12 minute max, and I personally apologized to the cars that were blocked in by the tow truck. I’m a customer, and a human being. The gentleman didn’t even bother to address us personality about the matter, he found it fitting to chat across the parking lot. My partner and I are very surprised at the way the situation was handled, and really just want dude to know that his problem resolution and customer service skills are garbage, and again, 10 minutes was all it took to move the car.

Local owners. Professional. Knowledgeable. Kind. Patient. Selection. Security. Positive energy!! 1st time customer to any dispensary. I am an energy conscious person by nature. I have never visited ANYWHERE that has the positive vibrations of this location and employees. Not sure if it was a "bait and switch" like leasing consultants at an apartment complex; i returned 2 days later.. Confirmed. Thank you for creating a place like this in this world! I am grateful and will return as needed.

The female who put in my info was outstanding. Jesse helped me with my order. I don’t know of an instance which I’ve allowed/requested any advising amongst my choices (at any dispensary) prior to my visit, thank you for the respect and in-line, requested advising from all staff. People, product, price. Solid. Excellent experience.

Whenever I go to TWC, it's always a pleasant experience. Jacq and Darryl along with the other great staff are thoroughly knowledgeable and professional. In fact, Jacq always gets my fav hot chocolate. Just those kinds of gestures, makes me feel appreciated.Been there since the doors opened. Have referred more than 40 folk to my Takoma Family. They still come..not because of me, but the family atmosphere provided by the Kahn Family. #lovemesomethem

I'm a medical patient in Pennsylvania and this place puts all the PA dispensaries to shame, you can actually check out the bud before you buy it. They have a great selection of flower, rosin, kief, pre rolls, carts, edibles, and all kinds of paraphernalia, papers, pieces, vapes, etc. They have their own parking lot, it needs paved though it's hard to traverse in a wheelchair, but it's free. Other than the lot the building was accessible. The staff all seemed very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. I will definitely be returning to TWC. It's worth the drive all the way from Philly.

Two weeks ago when I booked the trip to come to DC I knew I chose the right place after doing my research! After visiting this store I confirmed it. Stephanie Kahn runs a wonderful storefront in an utmost professional manner. I loved being welcomed from the minute I came inside by all of the friendly staff and personally meeting with Stephanie and getting to hear the backstory on why she opened this family oriented store front. This certainly was not my first dispensary experience but by far was the best! Carlos answered all of my questions and worked with me to make sure I was getting what I needed. Seriously guys, whether you live in the DC area or you are coming from out of town (like me) this is THE place to go for all of your medical needs! They even hooked me up with a free gift since it was my first time there and I spent over $100. And if that’s not enough, in the waiting area while they grab your order you can help yourself to a complimentary cup of coffee, tea, or water! I cannot thank these guys enough and I will be back, I am almost sad I can only give this place 5 stars out of 5. I’d give them 500!!! CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!
