By far my favorite dispensary in Aurora. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, good product selection, and barely any wait at all if you order online beforehand. Also, the ONLY dispensary I've visited thus far that actually had the specific products ordered available after placing an online order. My only complaint about Terrapin is that I wish they had a location even closer to where I live!

Andrew was the best! He knew everything! What strains were in which hybrids and their dominance, we got great service with expert budtending knowledge. We came back and did 8 grams for a great deal! And will be back again and again. High quality with low prices

I come here way too much, to the point where I know most of the staff and prices to the penny. I made an online order tonight, got a confirmation and went. First, the manager, Austin, said that I wasn't me. I'm sorry i cut my hair and you can't wear glasses in pictures. They also said my order wasn't ready, well after I had gotten the text. Let's not mention them breaking one of my debit cards, not apologizing or anything. Definitely in search of a new dispensary after today

I want so badly to give this place a good review. They have an amazing deal on concentrates and their selection usually can't be beat. That obviously comes with a big BUT...today I went in and the selection was horrible. There simply wasn't anything. I called the other branches and was told the weekend had hit hard and they were out. This is a Thursday so I don't know how the weekend effected today's stock. I was put in contact with the manager Austin and he was downright rude to me; he spoke over and down to me. He rushed my words and did not listen not hear me at all. I simply wanted to know when the next shipment would be there. Not a ridiculous question from someone wanting to spend hundreds of dollars. If Austin can read this he should know I have a lot of places I can spend my money. Nice new facilities and normally a great selection with little hassle...today though. Maybe it's because I just drove 2000 miles and headed for this store only to have this experience. They do have a decent reward system. Overall they are set up to succeeded but will need customer service training from the top down. If the manager is speaking to customers the way I was spoke to I can only imagine how he belittles and ignores his staff.

No one in the shop and the lady working the register wants to have a power trip over where I stand for 10 seconds instead of providing me with a good experience or at least coming off friendly. They wouldn't accept my Puerto Rico ID, claiming it had to be a US ID issued in the US. Absolute nonsense. Puerto Rico is part of the US and my ID is valid anywhere in the United States. It says so on the ID itself. He claimed I needed a passport which is also nonsense. I am an American citizen and my ID is a US ID. I have gone to many dispensaries in Colorado and not ever once have I had a problem with my Puerto Rico ID until I came to this one. Ignorant and offensive employees, I will never come back here. Shame on them.Instead go to Lightshade or The Green Solution. Much better prices, service, awesome staff...and no prejudice!!!
