always good. always friendly and willing to search til they find what you want.and very bud oriented.most pot shops sell old duff. these guys are always fresh with a great variety.appreciated. more

Walked in today smiling and that seemed to really make the employee agitated. His face literally became red and was obviously very irate. I dismissed it as normal to myself during the transaction but started to get concerned when he started slamming the shelves really loud. It wasn't hard to understand the employee was expressing him self. I asked if the gentleman in the front was the manager to which he responded yes. I tried to communicate to him that the employee seemed to be displaying disturbing behavior. The manager completely went against me when I explained my feedback to him and instantly became retaliatory by making accusations such as "you mean-mugged our employees last time you came so leave now!" and when I asked him sincerely to please explain what he meant he actually repeated he's not going to discuss this with me and leave now! Okay I understand you're angry and you're letting you're feelings get the best of you but the important thing to understand is you guys are representing a business and that the owners trusted you to communicate with the public humanely without you're feelings getting in the way. Maybe you're really angry and you decide as a way to satisfy you're personal anger that you would kick us out then threaten to call the cops on me. But ask you're self is that what the owners would want or is that what YOU want. You can't push you're own propaganda and prejudice in someone elses business (which I happen to have been coming for years now)And if you want to say there weren't any biases then why wouldn't the manager try to contain him self and elaborate the situation little more professionally instead of literally treating a customer completly opposite of what the founders of ICC would approve? You don't have to value our future business (that's liberty) but you do have to value our past business (that's policy). Again a policy from a business that you are trusted to represent accurately. Which means treating customers in a dignified fashion is not a choice, it's a must - even when refusing service.I asked if there was a number I could call or other routes I could take to solve this to which I was told there weren't any, but they don't seem to understand that as paying patrons, there's definitely a route we can take to hold accountable bias employees who take our money than treat us like we dont have consumer rights. I called, and the very gentle employee on the phone mentioned the managers name was Adam. So let's see if the owners accept this type of behavior from ones trusted to represent their brand. I definitely will provide video of the interaction to higher management which im sure there is even though Adams said "there's definitely isn't any other manager" but him.By the way the manager also said I couldn't record in a private business which is correct only if he doesn't randomly accuse the patrons. Once that happens then it's absolutely legal for a customer to record. I would know this because Im a law student.

The building, neighborhood, and parking lot are nice for a weed store.The staff is friendly. They also charge at least 10% more than most other stores. Some things have a markup as high as 33% over competitors in Renton and Bellevue.

Good selection but here is the kicker, they don't accept passports as ID. The reason being is they have a system that tracks your home address and federal IDs do not have home addresses so they won't take them. As many other shops in the USA they are data mining users and have a DB of every person with their address in their system and this is not a good idea as it is still a federal crime. Nothing stopping them from selling or being compelled to hand over their list of names and address of everyone who shops there.

I always find what I need at decent prices at this location. The last time however I was told they were out until further notice of RSO. Also, no more restrooms?? Other than that I love the intimacy of this hidden little gem. The budtendenders are quite knowledgeable and there doesn't seem to be a huge turnaround like a lot of other dispensaries. I drive out of my way to visit this shop. Keep up the good work!

I went in looking for some prerolls today.I asked for two different strains from the list they had behind the counter.they were out of both of them.I waited 20 minutes for them to be out of stock of what I wanted.and they've been rude to me and I don't think I'm coming back.

Excellent selection and great sales going on! My first visit was great with a friendly fellow who was happy to explain everything to me and give me some tips on what I might find the most enjoyable. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is on my second trip the young lady I got this time seemed slightly irritated that I didn't know various pieces of information (infused vs not infused) etc. She wasn't exactly rude but couldn't really hide that she felt like it was something I should have already known.

Would not accept a United States Passport as identification. Reason given “too many passports to train staff on”. What? Listen I get not accepting foreign passports, but if you can afford to “train staff” on the 50 state IDs, tribal ID, Military ID, etc but not the United States Passport what are you doing? This really is incomprehensible- you’ve lost a customer for life.

I'm from out of state and forgot to get a new DL before I came out for the summer. Guy at front desk wouldn't let me in because the expiration date on my DL was today 7/19/2019. He said it expired at midnight on the 18th. Which is not true. He insisted it was even though all over google says I have until the end of day on the date of expiration and in some cases a 30 day grace period. It is what it is but dudes should know the laws. I'll go elsewhere where they know laws. Too bad, all I was tryna do was stock up for the rest of my time here in Washington.

5 star rating for a 5 star experience. The dude checking IDs was really cool and polite. Then we went in the store which had a great variety. We went to the counter because we were still unsure what we we're going to choose. Lucky for us we had Jordan as our budtender and he had the perfect recommendations. He said he had a 14g bag for $50 and I was like dude I have a high tolerance and he reassured me I would like it and I wasn't disappointed. He also recommend a 1/8 of some top shelf that I'm really happy with as well. Great service, bud and overall experience. I would highly recommend this place and just might apply to work there!
