I give a neutral rating. We came from out of county after getting a text from the dispensary advertising 15% off flower. I have a 25% indigent discount. My thought was we could stack the discounts like other dispensaries have done. They told us no. We went from assuming we'd pay a certain amount to that amount + more. Major disappointment. Very sad considering tax isn't figured in menu prices. Perhaps, the next time they send such advertisements, theyll mention their offers cant be used in combination with the indigent discount. Other than that, top notch customer service and love the atmosphere. What breaks my heart is we pay 3-4 times in price compared to our neighbors above in Michigan. It's heartbreaking to witness patients state they'll risk a felony charge bringing cannabis back from Michigan because Ohio charges too much. Every person that's a patient is genuinely sick. I just don't understand how it makes any sense to charge patients the same as street dealers.
