WOW- just wow. This place is very swanky. Very clean, super friendly security and staff. Jared was amazing and went the extra mile to ensure my first dispensary experience was thorough. Roni, the pharmacist was very informative and provided a Ritz Carlton experience as well. Parking was super easy to find and free. There was no wait! Great display cases, easy process. Thank you!

Not going to comment on pricing, which is higher than out in the sticks, for example, for obvious reasons.The vibe is relaxed here, which might be due to time of day or location.I've been to all Columbus dispensaries now and this is the one I like the best. I can call and speak to someone about the number of days left or whatever. Stuff like that is what makes a dispensary stick out for me.

New to this dispensary...I've been trying to visit as many as possible. Upon reception I asked to speak with the manager/owner for a tour of the location. Rony took me in and gave me a tour. Very very friendly. If your not sure if medical is for you you can stop by and discuss your options directly with him. They have privacy rooms to consult with you. Ok parking is across the street and taxes are not included in the shown price. I was lucky to be there when one of the cultivars was in and spoke with him as well. His company is the Captain Cake product. Thanks guys

I give a neutral rating. We came from out of county after getting a text from the dispensary advertising 15% off flower. I have a 25% indigent discount. My thought was we could stack the discounts like other dispensaries have done. They told us no. We went from assuming we'd pay a certain amount to that amount + more. Major disappointment. Very sad considering tax isn't figured in menu prices. Perhaps, the next time they send such advertisements, theyll mention their offers cant be used in combination with the indigent discount. Other than that, top notch customer service and love the atmosphere. What breaks my heart is we pay 3-4 times in price compared to our neighbors above in Michigan. It's heartbreaking to witness patients state they'll risk a felony charge bringing cannabis back from Michigan because Ohio charges too much. Every person that's a patient is genuinely sick. I just don't understand how it makes any sense to charge patients the same as street dealers.
