Their Customer service and product knowledge is outstanding. The facility is very clean and organized. The employees and Budtender absolutely amazing. They’re attentive and very knowledgeable. Prices are great, and their specials are good. Excellent experience.

This place really went down the hill, use tobe my favorite spot for years, couple of months ago i brought a friend and the budtender said i have over $50 in rewards and i would an extra $20 for referring my friend today with no notices they told me they decided to change their reward program and simply eat everyone's rewards so they do not have to pay it adding to that its the most expensive spot in the area . I am sure i spent at this place thousands of $$$$$ but they do not appreciate the business or care about it also no deals for the 4 th of july like let s get as much money as we can from our customers. They are after your money not your business. No more i am taking my business somewhere else

Totally dissapointed. There was a a communication issue when I asked for cartridge disposibles today (not the whole pen) but was given the throwaway pen instead of cartridge. They charged me and before I got the change back I noticed they had tons of the cartridges available. On the SPOT the rep asked the manager for a refund so I COULD SPEND more money and get the other cartridges and they said NO to an exchange! I had 20 dollars in credit and they took the credit and took my money without honering yhe request. Been a customer for several years....not anymore! A simple computer overide in order to maintain a customer and keep sales going was not enough...Manager /From the Earth...you lost a good customer...not going back there! Will let the 20 plus people I referenced to go there...to not buy there anymore.So I noticed a reponse 3hrs ago? And you are saying you want to make this right? So why didn't you do that on the spot? I was out 30 dollars cash, plus my 20.00 credit on file? A a disposible that I already used? Tell me how you plan to make this right?

After coming here for my first time, they’ve got a customer for life. Unlike a lot of dispensaries in Orange County, this place is actually licensed and won’t sell you fake carts or anything like that. All the staff are great and knowledgeable. I don’t know if it was because they were busy, but I had to sit in the waiting room with others for about 10-15 minutes so if you’re in a hurry just plan on going earlier.

Set up curbside pick up twice.Followed the instructions to a tee.No one came out either time.Had to go in to get my order.Their credit card reader has never worked since I've been going there. Had to pay $7.25 to get cash from their atm machine. Between these problems & the ultra high taxes my husband says we're going back to buying illegally..

I've been going here for about a year, but this time my experience was a step above. Aaron, the staff member that helped me, went above and beyond to ensure the quality of the products I purchased were from the top of the "top shelf". Very knowledgeable about the products, and really nailed a selection I've been thoroughly enjoying. 10/10 recommend.

We've always had great customer service here, and they have a stellar selection. Often there is a brief wait in the reception area but this yields a more relaxed shopping experience once through the doors with an associate. Tonight we walked straight in after check in without any delay, and Aaron gave us exceptional service. Very courteous and knowledgable about the product! Kudos to Aaron, and I highly recommend this joint.

Pretty bummed today. Service has been good in the past but I splurged on a high end item today only to find a different product in my bag with no receipt when I got in the car. Totally dissapointed!!!Follow up. From the Earth attemted to remedy the situation by contacting me via email but the package had already been opened, so I was unable to exchange. I would have needed to drive 20 miles to exchange even if the package wasn't opened. Changing review from 2 stars to 3 since they contacted me. Thanks for attempting to fix this, but still pretty bummed with original transaction. Customers, make sure to view your product before it gets bagged!!!Ok- secondary update! I have been enough times with excellent service to bump up the stars. Excellent high end selection is spoiling me. Prices are high, but productvis outstanding.Got a half off special on Kings Garden shatter when I purchased a 1/4 of KG flower. Kings Garden rep was on site and popped up like a little fairy to let me know when I selected the flower!!! Sweet bonus!!!

Went here today with out of town family and had a great experience! Our very Tahitian cousin loved seeing the store and the staff was so kind to grab us a bag of gifts and souvenirs on the way out! The prices are a bit higher than what we pay in San Diego, but the quality is superb and the knowledge and kindness of the staff made it 💯 🙌🏼🙌🏼🔥🔥. We will make sure to come back! We went on a dispensary spree in Anaheim and this one topped them all!! From the professional ambiance to the helpfully staff, they give the whole proper experience. Selection is huge -- any kind of edible ; dozens of strains ; every concentrate you can imagine and much more. Hunter helped us right away and gave us amazing recommendations and helpful advice. He walked us through it all! We got what we wanted and more through exceptional customer service and thorough knowledge From Hawaii to California, MAHALO for this experience and we will return on future visits for sure!!!
