Feedback:
they sell tubes with no marijuana in them and they know that their doing it. I recommend any other shop besides them at least they won't try and rip you off. they take no responsibility for the product that comes out of their store and it's sad because I was one of their most loyal costumers. I spent thousands and they are so petty.

Such a good shop, with quite a unique layout that doesn't leave you waiting in line checking your phone until you get to the counter. The front desk and security staff (thanks Steven!) are friendly and quick with the I.D. checking and explaining the routine. The layout allows you to freely browse the products and come up to the counter at your own leisure, or have a budtender assist you with your decision, or you may place an order at a kiosk if you already know what you are looking for. The budtenders are extremely helpful, and are more than happy to help you out if you are unsure of the product you want (thank you so much Bestie!) The prices are very reasonable as well. I purchased a variety of items and walked away more satisfied (and with more money in my pocket) than I would have anywhere else I have found so far. It's a bit further out than I normally go but absolutely worth the drive. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Noooooottttttttt impressed. I came because zips on 38th phat panda raised they're prices so I came here since it was cheaper. Well, the staff aren't like super smiley or friendly. Not super knowledgeable about the products as far as dabbing i wasnt recommended anything that they've tried themselves, just "my manager tired this one and said it was good". Smh. Found out zips on 38th will price match so I'll just do that the energy there makes it easier to relate with the staff. The 420 Olympia is chill af too idk what's wrong with this tacoma location.

To begin let me say that I have made many purchased from this store, mostly melo pods and edibles. I have been a customer since back when they were canabis Oasis and have enjoyed them as 420 Tacoma. The 700+ points in my rewards account should help show that I like it there and spend my money there happily. This last visit though is going to probably be my last.On 2/8 I got notified that the Washington hold on flavored vaporizer cartridges had come to an end. I really enjoy my Mello and was very excited to finally get a replacement for it as rationing my last cartridge would soon come to an end. So I went in and got a new pod, and also some moon rocks because why not. I went home, shared the moon rocks, and had a good time. Thursday 2/13 I decided to finally open up the cartridge for game night and when I put I on the battery and attempted to draw from it the light didn't come on and no vaper came out. Sometimes they stick a little bit so I pulled a little bit harder but instead if vaper I get straight resin. It was now on my teeth and tongue which was uncomfortable. Sometimes cartridges are bad, and so I was just going to take it back and exchange for a different one. I went in and talked to them about it but I didn't bring the receipt. They said bring the receipt and we can exchange. Totally fair. So I bought a new Mello pod and went home.Once I got home I opened the package, took the new pod out and onto the battery, and out the defective sticky pod in this new pods packaging so it wouldn't get on anymore of my stuff. The new one worked perfectly, and I was happy. Today, 2/14, I grabbed the receipts t, and brought the Mello pod back to the store. I explained the situation, the package it was in, showed them the leaking, and asked to exchange. They then told me the receipt was fine, but they also needed the pods original package. This wasn't explained to me on the previous visit, and the original packaging had been taken in my normal trash pick up day. I could simply have lied and returned it in the new ones package but like I said I go here a lot and value the people and experience so why lie for such a simple problem. They told me to go find the package, and bring it in. That irritated me, and the next part completely threw me off. They said to also bring my battery in. They said I would need to put the bad cartridge in the battery, go outside, and show them it doesn't work. It's very clear from looking at it that it's leaking but their solution is to have me attempt the smoke marijuana in public, and then also drive afterword. I've never been asked to break the law in order to make an exchange that I have a receipt for. This definitely can't be ok. So I guess for now I enjoy the Mello pod I had to essentially pay twice for, and let the other one rot because I don't have the cardboard piece it came in. Lots of dispensaries in Tacoma I guess.

This is my favorite shop for sure. Great for new people and experienced people. Great selection of every type of product. There's plenty of help to find what you need, but also is set up in a way that they'll leave you alone until you're ready if you ask-so you can just look through all the cases to see what you want before talking to an employee. They've always got great deals plus a good clearance selection and great sales and loyalty rewards.

Coming from New Zealand where Marijuana is still illegal, I found 420 to be an amazing eye opener. The whole 420 dispensary experience was quite impressive. When I arrived I was greeted at the door where I had to provide an acceptable government issued ID - note Passports are excepted but a foreign drivers license is not. From there you are free to view the shop in all it's glory, there are plenty of friendly staff with top quality knowledge on all products and their effects. Prices were more then generous and very competitive with all the other dispensaries I visited which was quite alot including the worlds biggest dispensary Planet 13, 420 was hands down my favourite dispensary. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at 420 for their amazing work and 2nd to none customer service you guys absolutely rock.

This was my first ever visit to a pot shop. I walked in and looked around, I'm sure looking like I had no idea what I was looking at because I didn't. They DO ask for ID and scan it when you walk in. After I looked through all of the displays someone came up and asked what I was looking for and made some recommendations. I picked up some topical and capsules and will see if they help me. I'm hoping they do!Easy, clean and helpful even though there were quite a me few people that popped in at the same time. I have no idea on pricing or selection but both seemed reasonable.

I was super loyal to Mary mart up on 6th but one day I stopped by 420 and NOW I’m their new loyal customer lol I like that fact that everything is in glass cases so I can check products out and the prices without having to ask 30,000 questions or leaving it to someone else to guess what I like because I cant personally look at everything like you can at 420 ...js :)

Wow so today i purchased a half,and when i reach home and open my jar I notice the seal was broken!! Now i have 14g of moldy trash or maybe i have 12g who knows? A message to management i will never step in your store my overall experience was not good. Plus all sale are finally

This has been my favorite spot for a while but last time I was there one of my items didn’t end up in my bag. They said they checked the footage and stock and that I got it but I definitely don’t have it. My bag was closed and rolled up until I opened it and there were only 2 of the 3 inside. I even double checked all the cracks in my car and it’s not there. Not sure how it disappeared. Disappointing cause I give this place quite a lot of business and I wouldn’t just make this up. This was just about the only place I’d go to. But I don’t know if they will be my first choice anymore. 3/5 Stars. They have good prices and selection but this just has me put off.
