To begin let me say that I have made many purchased from this store, mostly melo pods and edibles. I have been a customer since back when they were canabis Oasis and have enjoyed them as 420 Tacoma. The 700+ points in my rewards account should help show that I like it there and spend my money there happily. This last visit though is going to probably be my last.On 2/8 I got notified that the Washington hold on flavored vaporizer cartridges had come to an end. I really enjoy my Mello and was very excited to finally get a replacement for it as rationing my last cartridge would soon come to an end. So I went in and got a new pod, and also some moon rocks because why not. I went home, shared the moon rocks, and had a good time. Thursday 2/13 I decided to finally open up the cartridge for game night and when I put I on the battery and attempted to draw from it the light didn't come on and no vaper came out. Sometimes they stick a little bit so I pulled a little bit harder but instead if vaper I get straight resin. It was now on my teeth and tongue which was uncomfortable. Sometimes cartridges are bad, and so I was just going to take it back and exchange for a different one. I went in and talked to them about it but I didn't bring the receipt. They said bring the receipt and we can exchange. Totally fair. So I bought a new Mello pod and went home.Once I got home I opened the package, took the new pod out and onto the battery, and out the defective sticky pod in this new pods packaging so it wouldn't get on anymore of my stuff. The new one worked perfectly, and I was happy. Today, 2/14, I grabbed the receipts t, and brought the Mello pod back to the store. I explained the situation, the package it was in, showed them the leaking, and asked to exchange. They then told me the receipt was fine, but they also needed the pods original package. This wasn't explained to me on the previous visit, and the original packaging had been taken in my normal trash pick up day. I could simply have lied and returned it in the new ones package but like I said I go here a lot and value the people and experience so why lie for such a simple problem. They told me to go find the package, and bring it in. That irritated me, and the next part completely threw me off. They said to also bring my battery in. They said I would need to put the bad cartridge in the battery, go outside, and show them it doesn't work. It's very clear from looking at it that it's leaking but their solution is to have me attempt the smoke marijuana in public, and then also drive afterword. I've never been asked to break the law in order to make an exchange that I have a receipt for. This definitely can't be ok. So I guess for now I enjoy the Mello pod I had to essentially pay twice for, and let the other one rot because I don't have the cardboard piece it came in. Lots of dispensaries in Tacoma I guess.
