Feedback:
Don’t expect them to get your order correct every time. I live down the street from this location, and I have been there about 20-25 times since they’ve opened. About half of the time my order has been incorrect or they would give me one ketchup pack when I would ask for 6, spending about $35-40 on my order each time. Definitely considering driving to Murrieta or Corona next time for quality and Service.

I have said this before but anyone who knows Chick-fil-A , knows these people work very hard to give the customer first class service and food. If you see a huge line don't let that scare you every single store I have eaten at rocks when it comes to getting you in and out with your order correct. Wonderful food. Everyone working always has a smile and nice attitude. It is such a wonderful experience.

First and LAST time I EVER come here! Save yourself the trip to this location...praying many people either stop coming here or economy gets worse, to close this location. First of all, yes, I will agree it is SOOO FAST here, by far the FASTEST DRIVE THRU ever... but with speed comes sacrificing your food. I ordered like 6 sandwiches and 3 kids meal and a side of 8 piece nugget and they were ALL old chicken and reheated. To top it off, it tasted like the oil hasn't been changed in a while. Yuck.... gross! Go elsewhere!

This is probably the worst Chik-fil-a I have ever been to. Service is never great, orders are always wrong and they cheap out on everything. Bought the kids ice dream cups today and they were maybe 3/4 full at most. Save yourself the headache and drive to Murrieta for better food and service.

Fastest drive thru ever! They've got the system down! I was reluctant to go here because the drive-thru line always seemed outrageously long, however, it was the fastest drive thru I've been through. The food was delish too! I was so impressed with this location's accuracy and efficiency. Let them blow your socks off too :) They're awesome!

SPOILED KIDS MILK. Floors and tables were nasty, no one attending to them. Watched a food runner drop food on another table and floor nearby with no “excuse me, sorry” nor clean it up. For being brand new they need to get it together.

Chic fil A food is the best! But second time I come to dine in and the service is awful and rude employees. I had gone to let them know they forgot one of the sandwiches I ordered and I was standing for a while they seen me standing and did not ask if needed anything until I had said something. Foods great but employees need to work on their urgency with customers.

The server asked to repeat our name several times....still got the name wrong, not even close. Asked for a #1, but they didnt ask if we wanted the regular or deluxe. We were taking a big order but on the 3rd one, we had radio silence for more than 20 seconds. Finally he says "yes and what else". Do the 4th order. Turns out he missed the 3rd one so had to add that separately. We ordered nuggets and he didnt ask if we wanted sauce. Got to the window and even the others seemed clueless and didnt even say "my pleasure" when we said thank you. Living in Texas for a time, I was excited that this restaurant was coming here. But what this whole place lacks is the Southern Hospitality that the others naturally have. Please train your staff accordingly

Went to the opening of this chick -fil-a because I heard they were giving away free chick-fil-a for a year to the first 100 customers. Waited in the drive through lane as one of the workers bought out cookies for those in line but, never mentioned the free chic-fil-a offer only applied to walk in customers (which was explained to me by another employee several days later). I should have asked about the deal at the window when I didn't receive a gift card or anything but, I figured it was just hearsay that was told to one of my kids who in turn told me.

Terrible customer service. Not at all like the other locations such as Murrieta, Temecula, and Corona. Employees were talking to each other while taking my order. They told me my order was paid for. When I went to pick up my food, they realized that it was the wrong order. They took a while to finally find my actual order. They didn't comp any part of my order and refused us lemonade as a drink choice with our CFA points.
