Hands down the best flower in the denver metro area!!! Been living in the Denver area for several years. I have tried so many dispensaries over the years and i’m sad that it took me so long to walk into The Clinic. Hands down the best flower grown in town! I can’t say it enough, whoever grows their flower has a-lot of love in their heart. Thank you to the growers and amazing budtenders you have a loyal customer here for life!

I went to buy a cartridge for my Vape pen once I realized it did not work I asked the staff to help me they told me all sales are final and basically told me to get lost I’ve been going to this place for sometime I feel like I was disrespectedAnd they gave me zero help for my problem I will not recommend this place or go back

I've always really enjoyed the clinic. Product is expensive but is of amazing quality. This place really represents "you get what you pay for". The product may be significantly higher, but the quality is hands down the best. If you want bud that has not been shaken for kief and still maintains it's full flavor and potency, check out the clinic.

Over the years the staff has gotten more and more rude not to mention they are more expensive then most places... Still I always stayed loyal but Seeing a closed for the day sign on the door yet I see nothing online about it kind of sucks when I come from north Denver but It’s fine plenty of other dispencerys who’ll help me for my needs I’m done with this place

Very nice shop and friendly staff but the prices of the bud are outrageous. $200+ for an ounce of bud on the med side?!?! I haven't been anywhere else in the metro that's higher than $100. Lower your prices if you want to be more competitive.The only items that have reasonable prices are the edibles. Will not shop here again until prices are normal.

My favorite Colorado dispo to this day! Customer service was the best I've ever had at any dispensary (including California). Excellent variety, great pricing, and vast selection of product. It's nice to see budtenders that are so knowledgable and some have even been with the company for 5+ years. The layout of the store was clean and organized with multiple educational areas for those that are new to the industry. Highly recommended to anyone seeking Cannabis products in the state of Colorado. I know I'll be back :)

Worst experience of my life in the past 7 years of being a proud consumer of this store and company. I have spent thousands a year at this company, and the customer service I recieved from the "manager" will now bring my patronage to an end. I didnt catch her name. Went in the day before and asked a question regarding the pods and was told to take a video to get a replacement. Mind you I didnt ask for a replacement just asked what I might be doing wrong and was told nothing. This is the third time in a row this has happened leading me to believe it's my fault. So I came back with the video next day to make my original purchase and to try the replacement like I was asked. My nice bud tender went to get the approval to discount the replacement, to only have the manager come back and say I'm trying to steal free product. So I said no big deal take it back. But all the while was saying I haven't made a purchase in months. Which was incorrect so I asked if we can make sure my order history was right so I get my loyalty points for the money spent. She refused to listen, got angry, I asked her to calm down and I understood she had a business to run and to take back the product, andshe only got angrier and said she was making a note on my account about future service. And I want it to be clear I never expected a replacement, I was told to ask for one

I had a teller tell me that they where voted #1 by High times in 2018, then sold me a bag of garbage! This was by far the worst weed I've baught in denver yet. Not only did I get the bottom of the plant buds but the buds where almost all stems. Plus the buds where small and super dryed out. not trying to be a hater but I have a medical card and need my weed to be on point!

Best customer service!! I went in today and spoke with Josh, the store manager. I had an issue with my Pax pods. He immediately and happily corrected the issue with no hesitation. Big thanks to Josh for making my day today! This is the second time I have been to this location and both visits greatly exceeded my expectations! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The products are high quality. The store is very clean with an awesome vibe which makes it a perfect shopping location. The wait time was less than 5 minutes and they were busy. They have their own parking lot with alot of spaces making it customer friendly. The area is safe and pleasant. I highly recommend this location.
