Worst experience of my life in the past 7 years of being a proud consumer of this store and company. I have spent thousands a year at this company, and the customer service I recieved from the "manager" will now bring my patronage to an end. I didnt catch her name. Went in the day before and asked a question regarding the pods and was told to take a video to get a replacement. Mind you I didnt ask for a replacement just asked what I might be doing wrong and was told nothing. This is the third time in a row this has happened leading me to believe it's my fault. So I came back with the video next day to make my original purchase and to try the replacement like I was asked. My nice bud tender went to get the approval to discount the replacement, to only have the manager come back and say I'm trying to steal free product. So I said no big deal take it back. But all the while was saying I haven't made a purchase in months. Which was incorrect so I asked if we can make sure my order history was right so I get my loyalty points for the money spent. She refused to listen, got angry, I asked her to calm down and I understood she had a business to run and to take back the product, andshe only got angrier and said she was making a note on my account about future service. And I want it to be clear I never expected a replacement, I was told to ask for one
