It’s easy to see why this bank has such a high rating. After horrible encounters at both Bank of Nevada and US Bank, Jose Navarro made this experience a breeze! He correctly entered my information and reviewed it with me (Bank of Nevada did not correctly input the information nor did they review it with me so debit card and checks mailed incorrectly) This banker also provided me with a customer experience that was professional, knowledgeable and even entertaining. With Bank of the West I feel like i have a personal banker. I OPENED AN ACCOUNT WITH ONLINE BANKING SET UP IN 15 mins. Best part? Attention to detail, not a single mistake.
