I have 3 different payoff amounts and the one they say on the phone isnt even one they have sent in writing...April 2019 says I owed $570.00 the one from May 2019 says I owe about $560 since the May statement I have paid $400 in 2 payments. the pay off on June when I went into the bank is now at 1200.00 ??? how does your math work???

If I could go any lower than one star I would. I’m not sure where this bank finds their employees but my best guess would be the garbage? I’ve worked in customer service my entire life and have never experienced such a lack of respect from a business before. If you open an account online you need to WALK into the branch and mak a deposit before your debit card is issued. No temporary cards will be given and supposedly they can’t express the debit card in anyway. Also, don’t plan on making a deposit and having it available anytime soon. I made a deposit a week ago and was just informed I need to wait another week before being able to pay my rent despite it being due today. I understand they need to hold a check but for 10 business days/14 regular days is RIDICULOUS! When I called this morning a man said he would ask the supervisor and call me back. What a surprise, he never called back. When I asked for the supervisor she was rude, kept cutting me off and told me it was my problem they’re going to continue to hold the check and I couldn’t even cancel it to get it back. Terrible, awful, disgusting customer service and I wouldn’t wish my enemy the problems that I’ve had with them. I’ve had my account open for over a month and plan on closing it if/when my payroll check clears.

He correctly entered my information and reviewed it with me (Bank of Nevada did not correctly input the information nor did they review it with me so debit card and checks mailed incorrectly) This banker also provided me with a customer experience that was professional, knowledgeable and even entertaining. With Bank of the West I feel like i have a personal banker. I OPENED AN ACCOUNT WITH ONLINE BANKING SET UP IN 15 mins. Best part? Attention to detail, not a single mistake.

I would like to say Thank YOU to Jose Navarro Julian Piccaso for making my banking experience very easy. I was sceptical and full of questions but they took care of me and never stop smiling. Jose very understanding of my financial situation spoke to me as a friend more than a banker. Any time I need something he stops everything is doing and listen carefully what I need. I am not intimidated when it comes to going to the bank and ask for help I got 2 friends Jose Navarro and Julian Picasso not to forget to say everybody there is friendly. As far as the bank itself they should find the way to send the debit car early It really takes too long

I live in Colorado, BoW customer there. I walked in on New Year's Eve, had some needs. They were open and Rosie couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Answered every single question, processed things smoothly, great sense of humor. They had these green "excellent" strips facing the customer. I believe so that is the customer expects that level of service. Interesting technique - it seems to work! I liked her so much I mentioned her to Jeff, the branch manager. Go see Rosie and tell her Scott from Colorado said hi! Oh and a tip - if you are on foot and by bus in Vegas, the Sahara bus accepts Deuce bus passes. Bus will take you half a block from this bank.
