Great location, following good social distancing rules but still letting you shop in peace, and beautifully stocked. Very spacious. As big as the ones I usually go to in LA.I found some great plant... more

I would give the store a higher rating but I can never get any help when I'm in the store looking for something. I'll either get an employee going the opposite direction in a hurry or get another one... more

I would give the store a higher rating but I can never get any help when I'm in the store looking for something. I'll either get an employee going the opposite direction in a hurry or get another one who will stand and point in the direction of the object I'm looking for or just avoid me altogether. It's usually another customer that helps me here if I need some expertise with screws or wood or something else. This is something the employees here appear to lack. Home Depot needs to stop that bare bones hiring and get enough people in there to assist customers instead of having people wander around the store looking for help. It's pretty exhausting and rather than look for help, it's much easier to walk right out the door.

The associates at the returns desk were not expeditious to acknowledge me. I waited 15 minutes while watching associates chit chat or assist other customers. Until the same person I viewed as not attentive to her customers asked if I was being helped. Really!!!Customers first BS on your own time!

HD app fail is truly pathetic as my overall experience here. Being in IT for 18yrs I have first hand experience with the vital importance of research, development, deployment, and maintenance with infrastructure and development of stable consistent applications and software. Someone seriously needs to be fired. It is 2020, the world lives thru apps. The app does not save your favorite store, have to adjust each item in your basket to that store, even then, it will spread your order over several stores so you have to go to many different store locations to get what you ordered. Tried calling this HD Store many times no one answered, tried calling HD Corp, placed on hold for two hours. I ended up having to drive to the store to try and fix the order. The young lady called for a ASM four times at my request, they never responded to her request either in person or via phone - her ASM and managers completely abandoned her. She contacted HD Corp Customer care who refused to speak with the customer. We both were shocked. Both her local management team and corporate both refused to assist their own team member and refused to assist their customers, both thru their words and actions. This is just as appalling as they don't care to hear of customers experience, a missed opportunity. The total lack of customer service, refusal to assist customers, and refusal to back up their own team, here too someone needs fired. Team support, you can't build a sustainable team if they don't feel you support them, here too, their blatant flat out refusal to assist fellow team members from other associates up to and including management and upper management is just horrific. Good team steadfast is vital to customer relations, retention, and maintaining growth. One week point (single point of failure) is bad, but having multiple (3) absolute fail points is deadly to any corporation regardless of size and ego. With the extreme hold times tells a story in itself. We are not the only ones having serious issues with this organization. They will fail, and are failing, it is not a matter of if, but when, and how soon, and how fast. The point of using the app is for curb side pick up, minimize exposure to Covid-19. Having to go into the store to correct the error in the app because no one answered the phone is pointless. Had to go into the store, so I canceled the order.I will be using a local store in stead, one that supports their team, and support their comm-unity.

I went in to find a patio door handle. Mine broke and i though i was smart and ordered one online through amazon. Well.....it didn't fit. So i took the original door handle in with me for search of the right one. A gentleman named Corey was right there and ready to help! He was super friendly and right away said hello and offered to help me! Its been awhile since ive had someone so friendly be ready to assist. I really appreciated it and enjoyed his friendly conversation!Thank you! I will definitely be back for future projects!!!

Very good HD. You can be sure that whatever you need is here as opposed to some of the other HDs. It's very busy most of the time and contractors and landscaping people come here first. It's easy to get in and out and there's plenty of parking. Lots of places to eat in the same lot, which is a plus. Even though I only live 2 miles away from the closest one to me, I'll gladly drive to Palm Springs to go to this one instead. It may not be as pretty as some of the others, but it makes up for it by having almost everything in stock that you may need.

Nice Home Depot. The aisles are a little crowded though and the parking is decent size and near other stores, so if you do not want to shop with someone who is in here, you could go to stores nearby and meetup in the parking lot. Great place to run in and out of so that is nice. I went here looking for plastic containers for putting away clothes and found some. This particular store is not a huge one, and so is nice to get in and out of pretty quick. I was surprised at the beautiful selection of flowers outside, especially for the holiday time. I recommend this store if you want to go in quick and get on with your day.

Loved service at this store ! I needed help getting packing boxes for TV and this were unfortunately stores on pallet on top shelf.I found a true customer care employee a few aisles over and he came to my assistance.The GM of this store needs to congratulate Frank for his over the top service!This does not happen in Lowe’s .Frank you are to be congratulated on superb customer service and I thank you.DRH

It's got everything you need. Rerouting my plumbing line cause our house was built in 60's everything was under ground. We sprung a gas leak and decided to reroute the house. Moving things higher with drop down. Piping up so standard but I learned today if you require cut piping and rethread it's more expensive for the pipe just to get it cut down in size. Make no since to pay double almost triple to have a pipe cut and you have a machine to do so. $48 for a $17 pipe to take 2 ft off.

Had problems reaching the store by phone multiple times, (phone unanswered). Once finally through I was connected to a Manager named Jim. He was helpful, said he would look into the issue regarding the long unanswered phone. He also was very helpful to resolve my issue which was why I was calling to begin with. Jim, Manager, helpful guy, got it done!
