Feedback:
I had to wait for 40 minutes for my car to be ready even though I had an appointment. I let it go as sometimes things can happen. When I was given the car, I was checking it out to make sure it was in good condition, but was interrupted by the person helping me out by asking me for my info. The person helping me never had a look at the car with me to verify it was in good condition or to check for dents and scratches and the such. I was hurried to turn on the car and told to leave. I right away noticed that the windshield had a fracture. So I recorded a video because it was not notated. When I got home I called enterprise to let them know about this. The lady said she had notated it. When I went to turn in the car they wanted to file a claim of the broken windshield. I told them I was given the car like this and they straight up told me "we did not give you the car like that" with an attitude. I told them that I even called and that it had been notated. The manager said it was not notated and that there was no way the car was given like that to me. I then told her I had it recorded in a video and she said "prove it". Once I showed her the video she said it was fine, then she said oh yeah I see you called and I notated it. Her attitude was very bad, and if it wasn't for me having had recorded it I would have been charged for something that was not my fault. Their lack of doing their job correctly and checking things then being very mean and having horrible customer service is un excusable. Don't rent here
