Feedback:

I wrote a letter to corporate while I was sitting there. I reserved a car for noon. They called to tell me that the truck was not available but come on down they could accommodate me. I sat there for an hour and a half with no explanation. I asked for the manager who rudely said, "you can cancel." She said it 3 times. When I asked how much longer it would be, she said, "i don't know because I'm standing here talking to you". All I wanted was communication. I was there at least two hours. I write letters when the service is good or bad. All she had to do was be honest when she called me. She said, you even have to wait at Walmart. I don't have an appointment with Walmart. When I went to return the vehicle, there was a frustrated customer their. I shared my experience and explained what was going to happen. An employee who heard the conversation asked me to apply and come work there.
