Feedback:

I feel disgusted even having to put 1 star for this place ! I had to worst experience of my life , so bad that I left crying because the “manger “ Cherika Ramses was completely rude and mean and has no business what so ever being a manager . She literally told me I couldn’t rent a car because I called her out on her horrible customer Service . I’m just completely applaud that this is allowed. I called to filed a complaint. I am praying something is done about this because I can’t believe the experience I just went through. I ended going to Avis , and it’s so funny because they guy who helped me there was amazing and he said that he gets customers coming all the time complains about Enterprise and the manger . SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE , CHERIKA CAN NOT TREAT CUSTOMERS THAT WAY.
