The blonde lady that checks IDs is an embarrassment to your business. She was giving my buddies from Texas a hard time and then was wondering if a passport was a valid form of ID? Are you serious dude? I know a buddy who goes to the Farm Express in East Boulder and he drives from Lafayette and he stopped going to the farm in general just because of this lady and now I know why!! Thank God I'm not in dispensaries that often but I'll tell anyone that mentions the farm the stringent critiquing and interrogation before being able to see the products.

Made an order online, the website said 5-10 minutes for pick up. I did get a text that said wait for a text about when my order is filled, but 40 minutes passed without hearing anything so I thought maybe they forgot to text. Got there and it wasn't ready, no biggie, I came early. After sitting there for 15 (just under and hour since I placed the order) I get a call saying they are out of a strain of flower I ordered and would I like to substitute. I asked for recommendations and all I got was strain names, no thc percentage, no price, no effects, no flavor/smell. I settled on a name and budtender said "see ya when you get here". I figured that meant it'd be done very soon. I waited 5 minutes because I doubted he knew I was already there when he said that line. I walk up and ask the guys outside if the order is ready. He radioed in and the budtender said ME, the customer made a last minute substitution and so I would have to wait a few minutes longer. I did not make any substitution, YOU made the substitution. Understandable if you don't have the product but don't blame me that it's taking longer. So I go back and stand by my car. 30 minutes later I finally get a text that my order is ready. Get my order, no "sorry about the mix-up" "sorry about the wait". They didn't care at all. I had to wait for 20 minutes at another dispensary the other day and they gave a discount for my trouble. I don't expect a discount just cause they are busy, a little sympathy and apologies for messing up my order and blaming me would be nice. Decent product, terrible service at The Farm.

Was told they had cooking pot, but was presented with bong snaps. It was significantly more expensive. Was told the strain I was getting was one percentage. Turned out to be another. Disappointed in their customer service..

I stopped by the Iris location as my regular dispensary was closed. I will give some stars that they were open on a holiday and my order took 5 mins to complete. But the pre-rolls were overpriced considering how small they were, and the ID interrogation was ridiculous, "what's the first initial of your middle name? Is this your order?" Then having to drop my ID and cash in the bin, then scrape up the change. Won't be coming back...

I'm disappointed from this place but give them 2 stars because the employees are very friendly. I brought a vaping pen here and they said the battery is guaranteed. After a few months the battery was broken and they accepted to replace it but didn't have that available at the time. They told me they will call me in a week but after a month after I called them and stayed on the line for a long time the guy said they still don't have it and don't even know when they can get it and they will call me as soon as they have it. It's been a few months now and I'm still waiting for them to call me. I don't care if they can't get it anymore when you guarantee something you should replace it with whatever you have. I don't even care about the price of the battery. It's disrespectful to ignore your customers.

Came in the other week and a group of employees were just huddled up in the front area, I checked in as they gave me stares. Older manager comes out from the back and asks me what I needed we I told him I was her for flower and particularly Indica. He walks me back and another BT helps me in a professional manner as he watches me from the corner. I felt profiled and uncomfortable. Bought an either and got out of there, but will not return. Furthermore the flower was dryer than a saltine cracker and there seem to be a lack of products to choose from as I wanted to get more, but didn't see the brands or anything new I wanted to try. I do not recommend this dispensary if you're not white or if you don't care for variety and good flower.

I bought a 10 pack of Sour Berry Blue seeds from the Farm about a year ago. Two grows and 7 plants later every single seed I've tried growing has either been male or hermed about 4 weeks into flower. The first grow I figured it must have been something I did wrong, but after happening for a second time when other plants in the same tent are still female, I'm blaming the seeds. I've wasted months of my time and cannot recommend buying seeds from them after my experience.
