Feedback:
The reward program needs to be clarified. I signed up a while back cause they said 20% off after so many trips. I'm no big spender but regularly drop $170 per month. I went to use my reward and they said only good for up to $14 off. I asked if they would look at my purchase history and they said no. They said they had a sign up for a while about the $14 after I let them know that was never part of the deal. Overall the feedback was thanks for the past purchases and go F yourself. So after spending well over $1,000 my big reward was $14 off. I can understand if they put a reward limit based on purchase history and there's far better way to deal with a local that regularly buys. Hate to say it but can't stand the corporate small print with a go away attitude toward locals so gotta find a new place.

The worst customer service ever as much money as I spend down there and they can do a simple exchange on an ionic pen with the original packaging what a joke I had the original receipt that should be more then enough not gonna be buying anything there that can't be just loaded into a bowlAfter my issue they were kind enough to make it right they will continue getting my business they are good people

Love this place. The employees know me pretty much,know what I like. Always happy to see me an everyone that walks in. So much selection, an the price are always affordable to we're you leave with something . And the Tall Guy that looks like a Ken Doll! He is so professional, an customer friendly too. He makes my Heart sing. Tmi..I know. I use to be able to talk to him . But now I have crush on him to we're it feels like I am a high schooler again. Is that bad? The store is awesome. Such a big selection for all of your needs.

Too crowded. Not enough staff. They all were too busy to answer a question. Sure they have variety of farms from around WA. I never bought anything. They were too busy. One lady looked tweaked out or she was having a panic attack I don’t know.I prefer the green shelf. Way more personable. I came in for a CBD J and had to go to another store. Firehouse is definitely loaded with stuff to buy. Try it out maybe you’ll have a better experience than Me. 🤷♀️

Probably the best dispensary in town. The staff is generally very knowledgeable about the products, and their prices aren't any worse than anywhere else. The staff seems much more on top of things than at many stores as well. You can tell this store probably doesn't take too kindly to the staff consuming their products while on the job. I would recommend this store to anyone in the area.

If you’re looking for a place that has exceptional service and carries high quality recreational and medical marijuana products, then The Fire House is the place for you. When I first stepped into this place I felt so at home and I couldn’t believe their inventory. They have everything you could hope to find when going to a dispensary. The Fire House is without a doubt the best recreational/medical marijuana dispensary in the entire state of Washington.

Really like this place but since the system was updated, the last 4 times I've been in I haven't been able to sign in because it rejects the pin number. Even had a female employee try to help but it still rejected each pin number sent to my phone. It's a little disappointing, I look forward to my 20% discount after 10 visits. Hopefully the system will be fixed when I come in next. Thank you firehouse staff for always being friendly.

I live over an hour and a half away from firehouse, me and my friend called ahead to see prices for ounces. A manager answered and we told him that we will be in later and asked if they could hold a 66$ ounce for us, Which he said that we have plenty in stock it will be here when you get here. We drive up and they say they sold every last one before we got there even though we were told there would be. This isn't the first problem both me and my friend have had in the last year.

I usually come in here when I want to treat myself because they have a wide variety of product to sell. The atmosphere when walking in is very nice, and welcoming. They check ID at the door always so they're pretty secure. The staff is knowledgeable about the product they sell and always ask if they can help you find something when you walk into the door. All in all great service!

I am new to town (since legalization anyways) and have explored the three main shops. This one is a little bit tucked away near the Yakima exit down on Canyon but by far the best shop in town imo. Very nice and stylish interior and great prices. $18g of actually good BHO and $5 1g joints of fire too. Can't speak for the flower but love this place!
