The Goddess staff are pretty great, but the business is imperfect. They've been good to refund damaged goods and even replaced a package that was stolen. However, the deliveries are made between 2am and 5am (though I've waited as long as 7am and once received a package at 2PM) which means that I pretty much have to stay up all night to have the package put in my hand, which is essential in a neighborhood where package theft is common. Only twice have I received a text that my package was on the way. If this happened every time without fail, I'd be able to sleep... I've also had an incredibly difficult time trying to use their website- it seems to be down more than it is operational. Especially frustrating when in the middle of placing an order or when checking for delivery updates... If you live in a neighborhood where you have no fear of package theft, and are able to regularly access their website, the business itself is really top notch. Far more honest and knowledgeable than others in this niche have been in my experience. I just wish they'd outsource their website and courier services to someone more competent.

This is by-far the best online delivery service in California! I have shopped dozens of cannabis delivery services and TGD has the best assortment of products, best pricing and best customer service. They simply offer the best brands at the most competitive pricing. They have a special link on their website where you can recommend products. They take these suggestions seriously and have added a couple of the ones I had suggested. I am VERY PLEASED with their business model and website and will continue to purchase from them indefinitely. Thanks TGD!

As a longtime loyal, and frequent customer, I am sad to say that this service has quickly gone down hill. I strongly suggest looking into other delivery options, as I will be taking my business elsewhere following this recent experience. Recently Goddess has experienced inexplicable issues with their delivery service, not to mention the problems with updating stock on their website. I typically order from here every few weeks, and I order well over the $75 limit for free delivery. The past 3 times my delivery has been extremely late or like this time around, not delivered all together. After speaking to customer service the problem is still not resolved. I am now waiting 5 days for a delivery that should have been on my doorstep in 24 hrs. I placed the order on a Thursday, guaranteed delivery Friday - the courier “lost” the package so my new delivery date is Tuesday. That’s right, rather than packing another box and sending it my way, they are having the courier look for the lost package, which by now, has probably been consumed by the delivery driver. Now I’m not one to complain online but this is ridiculous. The point of using a discreet delivery service is to make it easy on the customer by not wasting time going to the dispensary, but not with Goddess. Customer service does always answer the phone and their manager Sue has a very polite and professional demeanor, however, no solutions are presented other than a $20 off coupon for my next purchase... $20 will barley cover the tax, so I’m not quite sure how this solves the problem of a “lost” package.FYI, they use a third party courier service for their deliveries. They have no idea where the drivers actually are. Their “tracking numbers” don’t actually allow you to track the package, and their time of delivery estimations are way off. Regarding their website, a number of times I have ordered and paid for specific products. After the orders were placed, I received calls informing me that the products I ordered were not available and I would have to pick something else. Not an ideal situation. They need to work on their stock lists and web updates so be forwarned, you might just get something different than what you paid for.Also, for customers who live a bit far, your delivery won’t arrive until late afternoon, or 48 hours from when you actually order, if you place your order anytime Mon - Thurs. Trust me, it’s happened almost every single time I’ve ordered. You would honestly be better off making a trip to the dispensary instead of wasting your time with this halfassed shop.Update 10/14/19: I did receive a 50% refund for my order due to the delivery discrepancy. I’m also aware the fires last week caused a bit of chaos with road closures, however that does not account extreme delay in delivery after the roads were open again. I do appreciate the attention to the issue by Sue the customer service manager. She is top notch and very pleasant to speak to. They have a great team over at Goddess, but they may want to rethink their third party courier choice.

Horrible first time experience. Unless you want your delivery to be very late/not on time or even 2 days after your order, I wouldn’t order here. I got told my delivery would be here at noon when I ordered at 11 am the day before. Then I get told it won’t be here till the next day. Then I get told “oh no never mind, it’ll be here at 2:30. Then I get told by the same person that they will keep in contact with me. Never kept in contact with me and I get told they’ll be here at 4:20. Now they didn’t even come and won’t be cause of miscommunication!! I waited almost 2 days to try and get an order and wasted my time. Never ordering here again. EVER!

What an incredible place. Every single staff member i’ve spoken to is absolutely amazing. Their Products are top notch. I particularly love the medicine woman cartridges - you only need couple hits to make you very high. You order one day before a certain time and it’s delivered the very next day. I am so grateful for a company like this to make life easier and less complicated. Their customer service is like none I’ve ever experienced. I had a problem with a defective cartridge, I received the replacement the very next day before I even got out of bed. A special shout out to Kyle the manager, Ru, & Praheme. It’s such a pleasure doing business with you and you’ve got a customer for life. I have and will continue to refer every family member and friend I know that indulge. So glad I found you guys! To apply for a recommendation, speak to a doctor (who was so lovely and helpful), be approved for my recommendation and purchase my cannabis took about 30 minutes and all at such great prices! It then took less than 24 hours for my delivery to show up at my house and even included a sampler strain! Blown away by your excellent service. Thank you so much. Can't wait to order from you guys again!

I joined about a year ago and I have really been pleased with the service. Amazing customer service btw. They also have a ton of products and deliver about an hour or so after I order. They also give lots of 'gifts' for me to try and I've discovered some things I would never had if not... like the cbd balm for my back. Works wonders!!!

Entitled and rude team. I called about CBD products, i have anxiety and wanted to know availability. They were quick to get me off the phone and acted like doctors, recommending CBD tinctures for my anxiety. The problem is the product brought out more anxiety and after talking with my doctor, i realize i got the wrong product and wasted over $50. I even asked the guy on the phone if he was a doctor and if he knew how the medicine reacted. I wish he would have told me to consult my doctor before buying, instead of acting like a doctor. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth and they shouldn't be recommending medication, that is against the law my Doctor said. They also shipped my medication to me, so its not like i can have a driver come back.. I'm not sure how legal that is too.. I would Move on to a service that actually arrives in a timely manner and does't ship medication! So if something happens, you can actually get a return.

After an bumpy ordering experience with Goddess, I was skeptical and had lowered my expectations. So when I saw the delivery address on the order update email was wrong, I reached out to them expecting the same lousy customer service as the previous dispensaries I have had the misfortune of trying. But no way. The Goddess team was responsive, polite, professional and they wanted to get me my order and for me to be a satisfied customer at all costs. From their delivery person, to the phone support group these people are tops. I'll use them for all my needs as they have earned my business and I hope you will try them too. Good prices, great service, fast delivery. What's not to like?

Wow, amazing service from start to finish on my first order. It’s hard to find good high CBD strains, even now mj is legal in California. I decided to see if companies will deliver. Did some research, and found Goddess Delivers, but they require a medical card. No worries! They pointed me in the right direction, and after a quick phone call, I had my card emailed, and order placed. Took around 20 mins total. The order was delivered less than 24hrs later! They even had a little map showing where the delivery guy was. Kind of like Uber showing the car. Opened the order to find a couple of samples too. DG, you guys are great, and I’ll be using you regularly! If only everything was this easy
