Two birthdays gone wrong! I placed two separate orders (different dates) of your tres leches cake; the decoration was great as always. However, they were disgusting and were below my expectations. Sections of the cake were salty and inedible. I personally hate to throw food away, but none of my guests could enjoy the cake and I tossed it. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of my recent cake order! I don’t know if I could bring myself to order another nor will I recommend your services. - Unsatisfied 805 customer.

I’ve got the most amazing custom made birthday cake it was chocolate, with rum 🤤 Strawberry filling, the most amazing frosting Decorated with delicious berries, and chocolate shaving on top. Yammmy!!!! I totally recommend to place orders for what ever ocasiones you have. I also love the pastries, my very favorites are the macaroons. Thank you yankee doodle For making my 21 year old sons birthday so special.

I was so disappointed with my experience with the cake designer. At first She was so nice and friendly over the phone, I sent her pictures of a theme I was interested in and asked if she could do something similar without the fondant and she assured me she could. I wanted a black cake with lots of bright splatter colors, and a mixtape edible picture. Which is kind of what I got. But the cake was not black, there were hardly any splatters, and the way she added the mix tape edible was unappealing to the eye. The writing on the cake was sloppy and you can tell where she messed up. When I told them about the cake the designer was like well there isn’t anything I can do for you now but, I can just give you a discount for next time. She was rude and unapologetic. She said she could have tried to fix it but, unfortunately there would have been no way she could have without redoing the entire cake. I was so unhappy with the cake I cried when I got home and I went and bought another cake from somewhere else. I told her that it’s sad they don’t back their customers and I wouldn’t return. I then asked to speak with the owner. She said she would speak with them and so she called me back and they ended up refunding the money. It’s sad I had to threaten to speak to the owner just to get my money back. The designer is inexperienced and she was even rude to the other associates, which I observed as I was waiting to be helped. She has a snarky attitude and I think the bakery would benefit from a more professional, classically trained baker.

My mom would always buy birthday cakes here, though, she has not been going as of late. The cakes and confections are really good. I recently ordered a birthday cake and forgot to add the “happy birthday” part. They offered and no problem. Then, the chick that does the baking walks out with a nasty scowl on her face. I’ve encountered her before, she needs to check her attitude. Not letting her ruin my cake experience. Nope. That’s why my mom doesn’t go, she does not like the broad.
