Never coming here again. After spending $400 a month here regularly for the last year, I’ll be taking all my business to Satori, across the street from now on. I came last Monday at 8AM and they were closed despite saying they were open all over the store hours on the sign and on the website. They can’t even open their store on time.... just a really horrible and unprofessional business. RE OWNERS REPLY: Your employee told me verbatim “the tool we regularly use to test the cartridges is broken so I need you to manually smoke it.” I appreciate your response but please know there was ZERO confusion on my end. Your employees held up the pen and told me to put it in my mouth and smoke it. Multiple times. I took 1 drag and they said it wasn’t a big enough pull and asked me to do it AGAIN. Which I refused. So, the confusion falls on your employees. Not me... I hope that’s what you’re insinuating. UPDATED 4/24/2020 - I love this shop still BUT wanted to do a quick update on this review because I had a REALLY weird experience there this morning... I came in to return a vape pen cartridge that wasn't working. (I buy 2-3 cartridges every single week and have only ever had to return 2 before - over a period of nearly 2 years!) So today I brought in my unused but broken cartridge (still completely full of oil) that I bought the day before, along with my receipt and the product packaging. This is when it gets WEIRD. They told me I had to smoke it in the parking lot on THEIR vape pen battery to prove it doesn't work.... A. I don't like smoking at 9AM in the morning and B. I needed to drive home and didn't want to hit it.... but they were adamant that I couldn't return it unless I proved to them it didn't work in the parking lot. Can you imagine someone taking a shirt back and having to "try it on in the parking lot" to prove it doesn't fit properly? The whole thing was so bizarre - I'm really grateful for the girl that was working there (I think she was new, she has a tattoo with a knife in her arm) and she was helpful enough to where I didn't feel completely messed with... anyway, I hope they can figure out a better system because frankly it was totally wrong and horrible service. I don't like spending $200 - $400 A MONTH at a shop, for over a year, and then to be treated like this... not a fan! This is a great shop. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great parking & store hours. Clean shop with great variety of product. They also price match with other stores around Spokane!

Really helpful and nice. Love this store and I've been to a lot of different places, 2/2/2020 Update is the last time I was there it was not so great. So now its about employees respect. So I'm switching stores. Sorry

Overall not bad, but there absolutely NO point in ordering online. They have a register set up for "online orders" but they take anyone there and you still stand and wait for 20ish minutes. I know, its not that bad, but still the point of ordering online for me is to be in and out quickly. Also, we were told there was a 15% discount for ordering online, but never actually recieved any sort of discount. You also apparently cant use any points at time of purchase, which makes it feel like you HAVE to order online, which always ends up being sooooooo disappointing.

If you have an issue, they wont take care of it. Your just out the money. Wont replace defective cartridge.New in package, wont replace.Just buyer beware...They dont post this lame policy. Cost me $45.00

Horrible spent my last 17 outta 20 on a bunk cart and im homeless the snake working the counter gave no receipt then i walk out door twist on find it don't work walk back in and they ask me for a non existent receipt and kick me outta store with 2 backpacks my tent n all what heartless souless human's ripping off homeless. Street dealers aren't even this ruthless way to go guy 👏 you scammed the poorest of society pure filth 🗑 of a shop

Don't waste your time there are much better shops in town. Clearly leafly didn't show any stipulations other then nine to close which is between the time I showed up.

One of my all time favorite stores to shop at in the city. They consistently carry my favorite grower Sweetwater Farms. That's one of the reasons I always come back. Great price points and a huge variety of strains. My only complaint is the prices seem to fluctuate arbitrarily. One month a top shelf grow is $36 - $38 an eighth the next month it's $40, then a month later it's back at $36. Weird.

Do not go here! I will never return I have been a long-time customer for years went there today about 9 minutes before they close and the door was locked the lady behind the counter after I tapped gently on the door ran where I could not see her. I have referred so many customers to this establishment and I am disgusted by the way I was just treated I will never come back here and I will tell everybody about my experience.

one of the first and in my opinion best of the local cannibals shops. clean open floor plan well lit, plenty of choices and a staff that is actually very very helpful and friendly, and dont worry if your new to it all. the store's demographic is universal. and there is something adorable about an 80 year old upper class matriarch lady in a sun hat buying 5 grams of a banana kush or dabbing oils

Put your prices on your products so I dont have to ask the price of everything I'm looking at. Pretty easy to put a small sticker on it like other shops. I Was going to buy a few grams of oil but I got frustrated and left without a purchase. ......I'm not going to go online to look at prices while I'm in your store looking at the products. That's the dumbest thing the owner can tell me. And I dont want to chit chat with the budtenderss I want to get in and get out quickly without hassle. Inconvenient store. I switched my 2 star rating to one after the owners stupid response. And I dont need your bartenders to help me find what I'm looking for...I'm looking at it in the case, I just want to know the price without going online or asking someone the price of 25 different kinds of oil.
