My husband and I are medical, and after telling them at least 4 times they still made us pay the rec tax... When asked how they would fix that, their response was, "We won't fix it, and should've said you were medical."So, when you looked at our medical cards and we told you we are medical, it means nothing? Their customer service about it, and owning it as their own fault, was horrible. But, I guess I shouldn't have expected any kind of apology or ownership of their own mistake. They've lost us as customer's, along with a lot of other medical patients because they dont want to have to pay rec prices while being medical. I hope they don't treat all customer's this way, especially medical

Good selection, mostly friendly staff. If you plan to take advantage of any of the discount days like Tuesdays "flower day" where you get 10% off, you have to remember to ask for the discount at checkout, today when i reminded the checkout clerk he said "10% off for what?" that was after asking for $50 worth and was given $43. Also be sure not to leave your dog in the car since checkout is most likely going to take a while since the machines hardly seem to be working and your id has to be checked twice. Worth it in the end for the prices but store policy's and employee training is not up to par.UPDATE: Looks like the checkout system has been fixed allowing for much faster checkout. It appears the new machine will automatically put the discount on the receipt. Still need to show ID when you arrive and there is no clear line causing me to be overlooked. Updated to 4 stars 2-19-20

Bring cash, or debit/credit card with ID name on it!!!!! Policy aren’t up to code with all employees, been a valid member for a while, Never had a person complain about a debit card or a family members card with a different name on it than my ID. A credit card that doesn’t accept a PIN Would be highly recommended for checking names to make sure that they match, but a debit card you need a pin to use it and should NOT have been a problem like in the past. Won’t be going back to green planet.

This place is fine. It often has ok flower but has also given me flower that is over a year old several times (like 18 months since harvest). Service is hit or miss, I had a very nice woman help me before but also had grumpy or unhelpful bud tenders as well. Lights are bright and obnoxious and there is no atmosphere at all (though that’s not super important) They do have a huge selection of glass, and they take cards which is the only reason I gave this 3 stars and not 2. Taking cards is very helpful and the best thing about this place. If you have cash, head over to Nectar or Maritime Cafe for better quality and more knowledgeable bud tenders (generally speaking).

A couple staff seemed kind of clueless as far as availability, strain effects, and prices. For instance, I asked for four different strains off the menu in a row, they couldn't find them, and said oh it must be out. Or even just "I don't know why it's on the menu". Gotta keep those employees informed and current. Upside is they have a large selection. Pricing is fairly normal.

This place used to have a really wide variety of concentrates, but the quality and quantity has been steadily dwindling. It’s a bummer because i smoke about 1g a day and I used to enjoy being able choose from new strains. It’s really obvious that these flavors have been sitting on the shelves or the extract companies shelves for a very very long time. I would not recommend this place to my friends who use concentrates. I would recommend this place for flower though, that is apparent upon walking in that it is the department they focus all efforts in to. It’s also a good place to get cheap glass in a pinch. I’d love to see the amazing variety that drew me in in the first place make a comeback.

Will not be going back. Prices are outrageous compared to other Dispensaries on the same road. Asked the guy what his cheapest 1/8 was and he said he didnt know but that this stuff was $3/g, but had like 6% thc. The other "cheap" also $3/g was like 11% so i got 2g and still disnt know the prices was becuase they dont add the tax untill you get to register. My order wouldnt ring up so they had to have the manager enter it in manually except the manager wasnt there and was rold she will be back. after a few minutes of walking around store looking at the glass pieces they had (which again are very high imo) no manager. So i walked out went down to Green Stop and bought and 1/8 of 25% thc sativa for $10. Do not recommend.

Alien’s at The Green Planet!I was in serious condition on the 4th when I stopped in for medical at The Green Planet. Two days before, I had to have surgery. We both caught the flu as well. I’m a 62 year old quadriplegic in a wheelchair. I was trying so hard to keep my head up even though I was really hurting.My Better Half was at the counter when I stopped her and said, “I forgot my ID. I’ll go wait in the car.” Suddenly, I hear a tiny shout, “STOP, I got you!!!”I didn’t know if I should hit the off switch on my video games or hit the deck! So I turned around.“Stop, I got you on video she says!”“I was just leaving”, I say.She repeats “Stop, I got you on video! I have you telling her that you don’t have ID.”“That means I can’t sell to either one of you."‘And because now it’s proven, she (my wife) knows somebody that doesn’t have an ID with them, I can’t sell to her!”“It’s The State Law!” “But, she has her (Caregiver) ID with her!?” I try to ask, but it’s no use. We leave empty handed. As the narrow, heavy doors smashed my knuckles on the way out, I thought, it’s the strangest thing! I thought they sold stuff here.”Later, I went where we are appreciated. Wild West Emporium in OC. It was worth the trip! Better advice, prices, and courtesy.and they know my name.

Love the selection of glass, birds and edibles. The price is lower than any other place I've visited and the quality is better also. All the variety of buds that I've purchased as been extremely fresh and excellent quality. I've been to the Beaverton store a few times, but plan on checking out the Oak Grove store tomorrow. 5 stars from me.😍

This store hustles there customers. I went in to buy one gram of weed. I ended up buying the strain snow cone. The clerk told me the price would be 4 dollars total after tax. He charged me over 8 dollars for a bud that was supposed to cost 4. I'm never coming back here poor customer service and over priced goods that were not vary good quality. Then I went to my regular pot store kalefa up in orgeon city and I was vary happy . I got 4 grams way better then green planets garbage weed for 10 dollars total TAX INCLUDED IN PRICE
