Called them out to repair an AC unit that wasn't cooling anymore. Should have been pretty simple. Guy showed up and looked at it and had no idea what to do, said he'd need to come back the next day with someone else to figure it out. Next day new guy comes out and brings no tools and no equipment and shockingly is unable to fix it. Instead of doing what I needed done they spent the whole time trying to convince me that I need to replace my entire central cooling system at a staggering cost of 15 grand (system is only 8 years old btw). I told them no way. I called another company and they came out and fixed it for $180 bucks. 0/10 would not recommend.

My tech "Nick" was very courteous, respective of my property having to go in and out of my home to do his inspecting, etc and never wavered once. A friendly young man....knew his job, explained what he was doing. An excellent rep for your company.You all stay safe.Dolores D Miller

I would have given less stars if I could. My in-laws air conditioning went out during a heat wave this week. They called Greener Solutions because they found them on Google and saw their good reviews. Somebody came out and quoted them $16,000 for a new system. At that price, thankfully, my in-laws decided to get a second opinion. A neighbor of theirs just happened to have another company out so they asked them to come take a look at it. What do you know? $138 and their air is back on. Makes me wonder how many fell for this. SMH

Today I had Javier come out to take a look at my AC unit which was not working. Within a minute he knew the system was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. He did a thorough inspection of my entire system and walked me through a full system replacement. He explained every reason in detail why my old system is wrong. We talked about my options and unfortunately financially we are not ready but we will definitely be contacting greener solutions in the future for our needs. Employees like Javier are almost nonexistent these days. He was honest and straightforward with me, as well as understanding to our situation. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for help in their field. Thanks for your time Javier.

Haydon was very personable, respectful, friendly and coutious.He showed excellent attention to detail.He advised us about potential improvements to the unit and system overall.It would be nice if Hayden were our regular service man to address our systems maintenance and needs.

The guys at Greener Solutions have been keeping my family safe for about 3 years now. They recently replaced our HV/AC system & did a great job! Hayden, Javier & Nick made us feel like family & they bent over backwards to make it possible for us to change our (1988 units) and update our home for years to come. A few weeks ago our heater went out. Javier from Greener Solutions came out to look at our system. He was very thorough and showed us detailed pictures of what potential challenges could arise by just trying to band aid the problem. He also informed us of the new regulations in California which would eventually hinder us from getting any service on or air conditioning unit as well. After some conversation and negotiating we moved forward with their service. Unfortunately, during the exchange of the units our floor was damaged. With any company it's not just the service they bring when things are going well but how they respond when things go sideways. It did not take long for Hayden the owner to quickly approve repairs for what they damaged. They made good on all they said they would do, and for that I appreciate it.

My mother who is 85 years old had her furnace go out 2 days before Christmas. I am very grateful to Hayden and his crew for taking care of my mother’s problems with the sub standard out of service system that was in her Pulty Home at Del Web Woodbridge. She needed a complete new system and Greener Solutions made sure she got the best value with the PG&E rebate as well as crediting her back for previous repairs. This was a big job and they made sure it was all done in one day and on Christmas Eve!Hayden went over everything meticulously with me as well and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer this company and trust them with elderly folks whose mind might not be what it once was.
