A few weeks ago our heater went out. Javier from Greener Solutions came out to look at our system. He was very thorough and showed us detailed pictures of what potential challenges could arise by just trying to band aid the problem. He also informed us of the new regulations in California which would eventually hinder us from getting any service on or air conditioning unit as well. After some conversation and negotiating we moved forward with their service. Unfortunately, during the exchange of the units our floor was damaged. With any company it's not just the service they bring when things are going well but how they respond when things go sideways. It did not take long for Hayden the owner to quickly approve repairs for what they damaged. They made good on all they said they would do, and for that I appreciate it.
