Feedback:

My first day to work no one even was told I was coming in to start my position and the head of CNAs wasn’t even working that day to introduce me to anyone or my position. After four weeks of working there they tested me out on my CNA and I passed and was certified. They never reimbursed me as they promised for my fees if I passed. They also never changed my pay rate from a PCA to a CNA. The head of CNA still did not know me or couldn’t even pronounce my name correctly. I got along amazing with the residents and it was heartbreaking to leave them. I also had to report the company because people were more interested in smoke breaks than the residents they left on the toilet with no help! To this day they only paid me $240 out of the four weeks pay they still owed me. They refuse to pay what they owe me and they never had me clock in. They only let me write down my hours on a timekeeping sheet and turn it into the head of CNA names Tammy who “lost” my documents. This place is a mess. Do not recommend it for work nor for anyone to have a family member cared for here.
