I'm from Oregon, and the weed here is double the price. The bud tender with the red beard and long hair was extremely rude and combative with everything I said. I said how I liked that in Oregon you can smell the weed in the shop and that was returned with, "Oh man you must like boogers in your weed." No I don't, I just like to know how my weed is gonna taste and if I like the smell it'll generally give me a good high. If I ever have to shop in Washington again, I definitely will not return here.I'm editing this comment because it doesn't allow me to reply. I'm just gonna say I can get 7 grams of high quality flower in Oregon between $20 and $26 EVERYDAY. Also can get half grams of top shelf oil for 10, or $20 full grams. So no your prices are not competitive. I would also like to address after giving the feedback I did, one of your employees decided to go and comment "trash" on all of my music on SoundCloud. Really not very professional. By far the worst dispensary experience I have had.

Dishonest business and employees. Was rejected due to the fact that I have a vertical ID (not my problem with them) but was told that "no one in town takes vertical IDs" by the door guy as I was turned away. This didn't seem right to me so I called a few others and what would you know Main Street Marijuana and Hi 5 Cannabis both take vertical IDs. This place doesn't care about me being able to buy product they only care that I buy product from them. Greedy. Shame on you guys. Dishonest business practices. If you have a vertical ID multiple stores around town accept them. The dishonest Herbery does not.

Love the Herbery! Good weed and great prices.. $10.00 dollar pre roll will slap you down after a few hits. There are times when we didn't pull enough cash to buy weed there. We would be a dollar short. Well one employee twice covered the rest of our debt, to save us from paying extra ATM fees.. They are nice people that will help you from the get go.. Need more time, just tell them and they are cool.

I only go here... The young men are amazing kind and compassionate. I went in this evening is so much pain and tear in eye trying to smile and be me. Yet the youngman helping knew I was suffering. He got helped quick and was so kind. I appreciate them so much

I was turned away for a vertical Id... Now after looking through the previous reviews I know that this is a new policy due to selling to a minor back in January... So I guess my question is wouldnt it make more sense to fire the employee that didnt read the id correctly vs. Selling to your competition by sending your reject customers to a supplier down the street? Also doesn't this scanner negate the need to even look at the id since the scanner should tell you whether or not someone is of legal age... I simply do not think it's fair to require your customers to pay money to change their ids and as the owner said in a previous comment... I will exercise my right to not shop with them... even when my Id gets turned sideways... For the record no need for an owner response I know this review wont change your policies...Edit: Although I agree with what you are saying that the punishment doesnt fit the crime I would point out that other than the herbery no other mj supplier needs to implement these policies (that I am aware of or have encountered)... I spoke to one of the attendants at Main St. and they told me about all the terrible things they do to employees who make a simple mistake... As unfair as it is... and it is unfair... this is a high stakes industry with high consequences... I am personally looking forward to a day where it is not so scrutinized... That being said your employee was perfectly professional and kind and have no ill will towards him... it is however extremely embarrassing to be turned away when you are above the legal age especially when you are in a group of your peers... Either way whether it's because you choose to change this policy or if the state eases up enough that it's acceptable to... I hope it's soon.

I absolutely hands down love The Herbery! I have only gone to the one on 164th and 1st but I truly appreciate the staff. Everyone is helpful especially Jade. She is outstanding and always has great recommendations. I go straight to her if she is working! Thanks for being so awesome!
