Feedback:

I was turned away for a vertical Id... Now after looking through the previous reviews I know that this is a new policy due to selling to a minor back in January... So I guess my question is wouldnt it make more sense to fire the employee that didnt read the id correctly vs. Selling to your competition by sending your reject customers to a supplier down the street? Also doesn't this scanner negate the need to even look at the id since the scanner should tell you whether or not someone is of legal age... I simply do not think it's fair to require your customers to pay money to change their ids and as the owner said in a previous comment... I will exercise my right to not shop with them... even when my Id gets turned sideways... For the record no need for an owner response I know this review wont change your policies...Edit: Although I agree with what you are saying that the punishment doesnt fit the crime I would point out that other than the herbery no other mj supplier needs to implement these policies (that I am aware of or have encountered)... I spoke to one of the attendants at Main St. and they told me about all the terrible things they do to employees who make a simple mistake... As unfair as it is... and it is unfair... this is a high stakes industry with high consequences... I am personally looking forward to a day where it is not so scrutinized... That being said your employee was perfectly professional and kind and have no ill will towards him... it is however extremely embarrassing to be turned away when you are above the legal age especially when you are in a group of your peers... Either way whether it's because you choose to change this policy or if the state eases up enough that it's acceptable to... I hope it's soon.
