Overall Feedback:
Customer service blows. Lady on the phone has a "that's not my job" attitude. Rude tone. Folks are sick, trying to get supplies that would help their quality of life and she sounds like she doesn't give a damn about anything but drinking lattes and collecting a paycheck. I'd rather go without and be miserable than do business with someone like that. Maybe she'd do better away from the public, stocking shelves or scraping gum off the floors. Just a thought.
