Regarding customer service only, I believe there is room for improvement. I was behind a young lady in line who, based on body language, was clearly uncomfortable in her own skin and seemingly would have preferred to be hiding under a rock than out in public. She approached a staff member at the counter, leaned forward and said something to them in an inaudible voice. The staff member then proceeded to repeat what the lady said to her in a broadcasting voice for all listeners to hear. “OH YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING FOR ANXIETY?” If you don’t see what is wrong with that you should not be in customer service. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the customer service. With cannabis now legalized I was hoping the first stores would be more professional and help reduce the stigma surrounding cannabis.Each time I’ve been in there, no staff member has had the time for questions and I felt rushed and not encouraged to enquire about anything. If they are only there to take money and distribute product, I guess they are ok. I always leave there disappointed in my purchase because I felt ill-informed.A knowledgeable person with a knack for customer service out on the floor would be a good idea. I can understand the staff behind the counter wanting to expedite people through their purchase when there is a line up.
