Absolutely amazing store and experience, if you are old and look old (me in my late 40s) they value your privacy and do not bother for ID. Prices are the best in Ontario, they have increased the prices for some vapes recently, but are still competitive. The atmosphere is great, with no lineups, the best place to shop for cannabis. I'm driving there all the way from Toronto if I have a large purchase to make.

The blond older lady is so rude and so is the bigger ginger man. Dont bother asking either one of them a question if you dont expect the rudest response you can imagine. If you hate ur life and job so much find a new one. And they basically have nothing in stock during the week unless it's a Monday or Tuesday. Its almost like they sell out and cant afford to fill there store with product untill they have sold everything they have in the store . Easier and cheaper to buy from the government or the street.

Just got back from THE HERBALIST ST. CATHARINES This place has FIRE!!! I love this place and recommend to anyone who smokes, vapes. From the newest smoker to the veterans Herbalist hooks it up. Today was BC PINK KUSH 5 star quality with fair prices. I can't wait to see what the future holds for this store. Thank you Herbalist I'M LIT

Get rid of the older blonde lady and the bald ginger guy(Clueless). I'll comeback for business. Otherwise I'm staying with the black market or CHOOM . You started out great but a few employees have gone stale and are not passionate anymore, it's a frustrating experience to get what you need in a non confidential manner. Asking questions and getting lip back. Especially after I've driven across town to support a local business several times a week. Regarding customer service only, I believe there is room for improvement. I was behind a young lady in line who, based on body language, was clearly uncomfortable in her own skin and seemingly would have preferred to be hiding under a rock than out in public. She approached a staff member at the counter, leaned forward and said something to them in an inaudible voice. The staff member then proceeded to repeat what the lady said to her in a broadcasting voice for all listeners to hear. “OH YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING FOR ANXIETY?” If you don’t see what is wrong with that you should not be in customer service. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the customer service. With cannabis now legalized I was hoping the first stores would be more professional and help reduce the stigma surrounding cannabis.Each time I’ve been in there, no staff member has had the time for questions and I felt rushed and not encouraged to enquire about anything. If they are only there to take money and distribute product, I guess they are ok. I always leave there disappointed in my purchase because I felt ill-informed.A knowledgeable person with a knack for customer service out on the floor would be a good idea. I can understand the staff behind the counter wanting to expedite people through their purchase when there is a line up.

Most of them are friendly, You have 2 employees that aren’t always the nicest. Almost every time. But I’m not a hater! Everyone has bad days! But how could you be so grumpy! You work at a dispensary, you are living the life. Smile more.

Too many times to count have I gone here not only to learn that the product I saw as “in stock” on the “live menu” is in fact sold out but even when they do have a full menu which is most times only on Monday the overall customer experience still isn’t great and your product is most likely bone dry. Hopefully once more storefronts open this one will have to step their game up.

Yes yes yes. To the Niagara Herbalist. I live 3 min from choom in Niagara Falls and I will drive the 22 min to st.kitts for the "people" . Straight to the point. Great recommendations, and if you are a regular they know what to recommend to you to make sure your order is everything you want . They show some respect by lowering some prices sometimes. They carry a good amount of gram packs I like to buy like five different strains and I hope if they read this and continue to bring in gram pack because choom has really nothing to choose from in grams. Great Job herbalist team. I can get so called AAAA bud on the street for cheap but it never compares really at all in taste and highs. I'll gladly pay 40$ an HQ , then get a quarter of something for 40$ I really don't know what the strain actually is and yeah just never satisfied with it. So I'm a herbalist for life .respect!
