Great over and above service. Highly knowledgeable staff and very friendly environment. If for whatever reason your not satisfied with your product please be polite and call the store and follow thier protocol for addressing the poor product. This is a family owned business with the most competent staff and owners I have ran into and I have been to almost every storefront here in Vancouver BC, and let me tell you, they don't ever address complaints unlike the Herbalist. If you weren't happy, do yourself a favour and speak with them and give them another chance, they deserve it and will come through!!!
