Today I decided to make my own edible and visited this scam store, I said I wanna make a cake to what she said (customer rep) that the product in the picture down below is good for cooking purposes. After reading things on the package where it says *DO NOT EAT FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY, I asked her a question about it, she advised to not pay attention to it because from what she knows and according to her experience no one died from eating it. I was okay with that at first but later I went online to double check, then I find out that this product is additive to your shampoo, gel, cream and conditioner. I felt really disrespected and called them right away, after some bla bla it turns out they do not except their own mistakes and products, no exchanges or refund. Both customer rep and manager disrespected me even more saying I could apply it on my skin as if I was a junkie. Rude, misleading, not professional store and workers, products are basically chinese trash. Not going back here anymore and not reccomending it to others. Thinking about becoming their competitor. CASH ONLY
