The need to stand in line and speak to a budtender is a bit forced on a person in a place trying a little bit too hard to seem over knowledgeable and smug about all that is cannabis. The only issue really is the uncomfortable atmosphere as I walked in and the review responses to boot. I am a fan a marijuana, unfortunately I am not a fan of stuck up know it all millennials. With the amount of competition out here in Washington I just may stick with Buddy's in Renton 👍

Not right to claim price matching makes you the cheapest shop. It's expensive and 9/10 people won't go churning through other stores menus to save $5-$10. Therefore, 9/10 people pay more than other shops, completely false claim to say you are the cheapest. It is the stores job not the customers to do market research and price competitively.

Came here right after I received my temporary license from the DOL down the street. Was told they don't accept it even though I called beforehand and asked if they will to which they replied they do "only if it has accompanying picture"....Was told they aren't allowed to accept it by a pretty friendly manager. Said thanks but notified her would be right back as I was waiting for my brother to bring my passport from the house which is less than a block away. I seen this old homeless guy there that I seen last time and he says "hey they will call police if you stand here because they will automatically assume that your pandhandling" I said I'm alright but I'm not sure if he proceeded to tell the employees something but they came out and asked me if I was asking for someone to buy me weed. I told them no I was just waiting for my bro to just grab my passport from the house. I walked up to the friendly door security and assured him that I would be back in less than few mins with my passport. He says great, don't worry about it your good.They called police anyways..Police arrive and said they want you "trespassed"I tried to speak with management and as soon as I called the girl at the front (medical) side says that it is a form of harassment by me calling her. I can't understand for the life of me how that could be possiblity be considered harassment ,and I tried to communicate to her that on the website/texts/online they encourage us consumers to provide feedback and call if there's anything that needs to be addressed but she interrupts me and says you are no longer a customer, but the thing is I'm sure the ones who are trusting you to represent there store (accurately) at least value our past business if not future. I couldn't even speak with someone who was even a lil bit customer service oriented because the employee decided she would put her pride in the way and not let us speak with any other employees representing the store. This is totally unacceptable. I hope they adress this lack of proper communication because I'm pretty sure the owners wouldn't want any customer being stereo typed and accused without proof. Several of my class colleagues actually pointed out that the service was declining this particular location over the last few years but I can't generalize all employees and I still have hope, I'm pretty sure it's only a select few who aren't akcnowleding that accommoding a customer isnt really that horrible of a thing to do...

So there's a lot of pot shops everywhere and they all carry diffrent growers then there's your regular growers you see everywhere . Well I love royal tree gardens. I have never bought any that I haven't loved from them but it's kinda hard to find not every pot shop has it. It's kind of spendy compared to all the others but this place had it that's an A+ from me. It shows a good place and they care about what they sell and they have the best at a good price

I have been here 4-5 times now and I have never been disappointed with the service I get. If you just want a specific product you already know about at the lowest possible price, this might not be the right store for you. But if you're looking to try something new, or find things similar to stuff you already know you like, they are so great at working off vague inclinations and recommendations. Every budtender I've had has been unbelievably knowledgeable and personable. Sometimes they'll just talk with you about weed for ten minutes if they're not too busy, haha. I have no desire to go anywhere else, even if it might be a few bucks cheaper.

These guys are awesome!! Everyone is so helpful and professional!! You tend to automatically think of pot shops as grimy, seedy places with bars over the window with giant Bob Marley flags flying everywhere!! Nothing could be further from the truth. It is clean, neat and the staff is not your usual ‘stoner’ like crowd. Definitely a wonderful place

Today I decided to make my own edible and visited this scam store, I said I wanna make a cake to what she said (customer rep) that the product in the picture down below is good for cooking purposes. After reading things on the package where it says *DO NOT EAT FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY, I asked her a question about it, she advised to not pay attention to it because from what she knows and according to her experience no one died from eating it. I was okay with that at first but later I went online to double check, then I find out that this product is additive to your shampoo, gel, cream and conditioner. I felt really disrespected and called them right away, after some bla bla it turns out they do not except their own mistakes and products, no exchanges or refund. Both customer rep and manager disrespected me even more saying I could apply it on my skin as if I was a junkie. Rude, misleading, not professional store and workers, products are basically chinese trash. Not going back here anymore and not reccomending it to others. Thinking about becoming their competitor. CASH ONLY

This place is top notch. I spent the last 3+ years in Colorado. Dare I say I am a cannabis store connoisseur. Ha. This is the second place I went to in Washington. It's clean, modern, and friendly. The people are knowledgeable, helpful, and smile. The prices seem just fine, the brands carried outstanding, and the selection extensive. This is a great place to be a first time customer or a long time enjoyer.

Not only am I extremely impressed by the product knowledge the employees have, but their customer service has been so great. More than once they went out of their way and beyond what most places/people these days would do. They gave me a discount that they didn't need to. It was a mislabeled cartridge price listed online, but was also the entire reason behind me choosing to go to this pot shop. It was actually more than one mislabeled product. I had made a list of several that I was going to pick from and they ended up being ALL priced wrong. They still gave me the price I had initially expected. That was so awesome of them to do. It may have cost them a few bucks yesterday, but it is going to bring many dollars from me in the future. This isn't the first time I've been impressed with Novel Tree. Their product quality is top shelf and a good variety. I have to mention how great the vibe and set up is. It has such a cool design and look, I love it! I definitely get caught up looking at everything ☺️ Bottom line, this store is highly recommended. I really like their reward /point system. It's one that I actually benefit from and doesn't waste the effort. And I love how it randomly will text me a discount where I get 20% off my next purchase. It's the only pot shop that's done that. Pathetically, it is quite difficult to find places with decent customer service now. It should be standard in the service industry, imo. But it's not. So I try to acknowledge when there is somewhere that does pull through with the good CS. So thank you Novel Tree. I'll be seeing you soon 🙃

We stopped by having little clue about things given we live in Austin, TX. Erick was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and helped get us into an appropriate edible for our visit. I would not bother trying any other shops given my expetience here. 5 stars was definitely earned. I can't believe how patient everyone around us was with beginners, and such a nice vibe.
