I will never eat here again. The food is mediocre but what did it was the customer service. There customer service and delivery service is the worst I have ever experienced. After my order wasn’t picked up for delivery they allowed my food to sit there for over an hour and didn’t even bother to call and let me know they weren’t going to deliver it and I needed to pick up. When arriving I didn’t even get so much as an apology for their screw up and there inability to provide a service I paid for instead I was met with attitude and indifference. I recommend Miakos around the corner for much better food and service.

We just discovered this place over the weekend, and loved it so much we ordered two days in a row. We ordered teriyaki, katsu and the blackbean noodles, and they are so good, and the portions are enough for at least two meals! The service was fast and the food was ready on time both days. The woman up front was so helpful and friendly, we had ordered through doordash, the second time we came in she recommended chow now, so we wouldn't have to spend as much, the prices are cheaper through it! We are definitely going to order again when we are in the area!

Tried to have a mother's day meal and order door dash and my boyfriend and I's dinner was gross and so I call and complain and get a refund for the two meals on a 100$ order and i listen to this lady speak in her language while saying hello five time before hanging up an calling back .when i told her what happen she laughed.i than told her we thought our two meals were gross she said she would get the manager .manager said we would have to bring it in to get a refund an every restaurant does that I said no they dont .I said send one of your staff over to pick it up .she said no it's not in our policy .i didnt order door dash just so i can drive back over to bring your gross food back.she said go threw door dash to get my refund omg doordash did not make our food you did .and she hung up on me.so rude we will never order from them again.

I am very upset because I ordered teriyaki chicken and was expecting steamed veggies when I call to express that I was not happy I got salads they tell me I would have needed to pay extra for the steamed veggies when I didn't even want salads I most definitely won't be going back to this place they are also very slow and lost lots of orders while I was there because how behind they were and forgetting to make people's orders

My first experience was pleasant. The front desk lady is very good accommodating and she's very kind. I have not tried their sushi nor their Korean dishes so this review is purely about the Chinese dishes. I ordered take-out, ok? So I'm about 13 minutes from home. The first thing I noticed is there were no to-go packets or fortune cookies of any kind. I ordered the general tao's chicken, and a combo of sweet and sour chicken and teriyaki chicken. The chicken teriyaki was great. But the other two were incredibly bad. The sweet and sour chicken absolutely was not fresh. There was ONE pinapple in it and a few pieces of onions. Anyone else need more veggies and fruit in their sweet and sour chicken or pork? I do. The general tao's is extremely spicy with full Chipotle's in it along with peas and carrots. The food protions was great. But a lot of bad food is not necessary great. So, I will go back and try some other things. But honestly you'd get better food at a Panda Express.

The waitress assumed our order so of course we received the wrong item. I ordered black bean noodles which I have had many times before at other places. It was nasty it was very salty and did not resemble black bean sauce. It was more like Brown gravy mix. I had to pay $12.99 for something I could not eat..I don't recommend this place. $30.02 for the bad experience.

I come here every week today was horrible the server slammed the menu down on our table the rolls I ordered every week tasted weird like something was going on she asked if my name was Angela so maybe she did mess with my food thinking I'm someone else I talked to the manager he said you still paying stay away from this place I'm serious I loved it until today. They will never have my money again

I really like this place. The food is good and has pleasant sized portions. The biggest issue with this restaurant is the waitress. I dread coming because i could get her. I see on the other reviews everyone has the same issue. One person is hurting such a nice business. The cooks, the sushi chefs, the manager are all very sweet and helpful(read:excellent customer service). Any time there is an issue with sushi or i have a question the chef is very polite and helpful, the waitress in question is not. She is curt, unapologetic, and defensive. She seems through body language, tone of voice, and choice of words that even taking my order is a bother that is beneath her. I feel like she hates her job and the customers. I have never had any other issues with this establishment. I have never had an issue with my order, unlike other restaurants in the area. The flavor is great. I like to order for my family then sit at the sushi bar while i wait. The chefs are great. TLDR: Waitress is bad at customer service and needs a retrain. Food is awesome. Would recommend if the bad waitress is not there.

The rainbow roll came with some sort of mango puree on it which was not good. They forgot to bring our silverware/chopsticks until we asked. The waitress didnt write anything down so forgot to bring our tea or fresh rolls. When we asked about the appetizer they just said they take a while to make and then they never showed up. When we asked them to make sure they didnt charge us for them, they just said "okay". No apology or anything. Nothing tasted fresh.
