On 1-22-19 I used Two Men and a Truck to move the contents of a small storage unit to a larger unit within the same facility. During one of my three phone conversations with the company, I was informed that the cost for the job would be $139 if an hour or less. I specifically questioned and received clarification about the price in order to avoid being overcharged and was led to believe that the job would be charged on an hour-by-hour basis. Tim and Lee moved the items and did a terrific job. Unfortunately, I was billed $417 for a job that took 30 minutes. I contacted the company to voice my concerns about the bill and was told I would not receive any sort of refund. I even told the Customer Service Representative, Katrina Stevens, that I'd be more than willing to pay $200 for the job. Unfortunately, she told me I wouldn't get any of my money refunded. I strongly feel that I was misled by this company and ended up having to pay an unreasonably high price for a miscommunication that was the company's error . I will never use this company again and will be reporting them to the BBB as well as the Department of Consumer Affairs.
