Having to move into a newly purchased home during a pandemic was stressful for our family, but the work that our movers did, quickly, safely, and efficiently was a real high point in the process! The guys knew what they were doing, adaptive to our needs, and a real pleasure to be around during the entire process. We highly recommend them to anyone!

Just want to give a BIG A+++ to our movers Christian Daniel and Mitchell. They are by far the best guys I’ve had the opportunity to hire and highly recommend asking for them!! They were Very polite and cautious going above and beyond to make sure everything was properly protected and moved with care and worked together as a team with a plan I can’t give them enough credit!! These guys don’t waste any time and are very efficient! And also the Gals in the office I can’t remember all of their names that I talked to multiple times as they checked in and helped out switching our move date and made everything SUPER EASY! Which is the way I like it! If you are looking for a stress free move this Team has it figured out and there is no hidden fees or added cost that are not discussed up front HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I recently moved from Sacramento to Reno and used two men and a truck and have the say I am very pleased with the service I received. After getting multiple quotes from other movers they came in at a reasonable price and After signing the contract were very attentive to my needs and I'm sure it was the reason for such an easy transition.

We’ve used 2 Men twice now and plan to use them again. Better use of moving utensils could have made things go quicker and easier on the workers, but overall I’m satisfied as they got the job done within the time I anticipated. For a larger move, however, I would ask for an estimator to give a minimum to maximum estimate on how many hours the move will take and to do so in advance of going on the clock.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had set up and confirmed a move using these guys in San Diego two weeks prior to my move date. On the date of the move, no one showed during the scheduled start work window. Finally, after 45 minutes of waiting, I get a call from them telling me that they all of a sudden could not "fit me in" and asked if they could reschedule me for the next day. As I had to move out that day and was relying on them, this was unacceptable. As a consolation prize, they generously did not charge me a cancellation fee, as if they were going to even though it was their fault. Safe to say you're better off renting the Uhaul for $20 and moving yourself, you'll get better punctuality and service. Safe to say I will not be recommending this service to anyone I know.

These guys were great! I highly recommend Christian, Wayne and McKinley. They were polite, conscientious, and efficient.Our quoted rate was by the hour and these guys hustled! They literally ran up and down the stairs. They didn't waste one idle second. I was SO impressed! They wrapped the door jams and the furniture. I have never used movers before and I will never move without them again.

The problem comes in with the damages and their insurance.Lets start off with the actual team of people doing the move, they will dictate EVERYTHING. We got the "D+" team, the guys were not bad, they just did not seam to work as a team. One guy was only 3 days in, so he knew nothing nor did he really know how hard moving is. So before lunch time he was dragging. Now that meant the other two had to pickup the pace and workload. That ultimately took its toll on them, which ultimately lead to all of the damages.What should have taken 5-6 hours took more than 9, which by the way you are paying for all hours they are on your property until they tell you I'm taking you off the clock now.Damage to my BRAND new house, hole in wall, damage to hand rail, damage to furniture. ETC, ETC.Now to where the problem becomes more deep rooted with the company. When you ask what does this insurance cover they will tell you if it gets damaged they will replace it at no cost to you less the deductible if you have one. Is this a training issue, or is this how he WAS trained. I asked on multiple occasions if a damaged item would be repaired or replaced if I purchased the insurance, every time I was told REPLACED.-Insurance, Full value replacement, does not mean replacement. It means if we cannot find a way to fix your item then we want you to provide us all the information of where it was bought when it was bought, how much you paid for it including the receipt for it. While I am not saying this moving company is any worse than any other company. What I am saying is I think the Sacramento branch does a poor job training their crews. I think their sales tactics are deceptive at best. I think they could do a better job setting their teams up for success. I will think long and hard about hiring them again or referring them.

Had a great experience with these guys. They came into our home at 8:30 in the morning and the 3 of them packed us up (1800+ sq ft) and had us moved into our home by 5:30 that evening! So far absolutely nothing broken. Real gentlemen. Boxes were all labeled and when arriving at new home the boxes were taken to the correct rooms. Their prices for material and labor were extremely reasonable. We actually came WELL under the estimate originally provided us. Id recommend them to anybody. This was my second time using them. They actually moved my office from West Sacramento to Sacramento about eight years ago. Same great experience.

On 1-22-19 I used Two Men and a Truck to move the contents of a small storage unit to a larger unit within the same facility. During one of my three phone conversations with the company, I was informed that the cost for the job would be $139 if an hour or less. I specifically questioned and received clarification about the price in order to avoid being overcharged and was led to believe that the job would be charged on an hour-by-hour basis. Tim and Lee moved the items and did a terrific job. Unfortunately, I was billed $417 for a job that took 30 minutes. I contacted the company to voice my concerns about the bill and was told I would not receive any sort of refund. I even told the Customer Service Representative, Katrina Stevens, that I'd be more than willing to pay $200 for the job. Unfortunately, she told me I wouldn't get any of my money refunded. I strongly feel that I was misled by this company and ended up having to pay an unreasonably high price for a miscommunication that was the company's error . I will never use this company again and will be reporting them to the BBB as well as the Department of Consumer Affairs.

I was here because I was asked to Audit this franchise. Well, i am here, today, to tell you that these Movers are professional, helpful, and they have excellent Customer Service! My Audit would not have gone as smooth as it did, if it weren't for the assistance if Jesse, from Operations. Jesse gave 110% and i couldn't be more grateful! Thank you, Jesse, and the entire crew at Two Men and a Truck, for your enthusiasm and helpfulness (and your willingness to have your pictures taken so early in the morning) ! ! You guys ROCK! Keep up the great work !
